Unsubscribed Adobe Creative cloud membership yet always supported monthly 15,49 GBP

Hi customer support,
I'm hoping to get in touch with you on how to address this issue. I have unsubscribed Adobe Creative Cloud membership at least on July 22, 2015. I was charged July 23, the next day, which is fine because I used their service. That bothers me was that on 23 August I am charged an another monthly fee, despite being holders for accession? Absurd, please correct. 

For your info, under my adobe ID "Plans & products", he said Creative Cloud Free Membership.
