  I had questions, you have access to all Cloud applications creative for last week. Photoshop crashed last week, how I finished by uninstalling then reinstall the creative cloud and run the cleanup tool. Since then, I keep getting disconnected (e) Creative Suite. When I try to sign in, I get a message that my subscription has expired, which is not correct. If I click on "try again" he continually leads back me to the screen "subscription expired".

  If I click on the sign "as another user" but use my username and password, I am able to sign once, but if I open and then close a program, I get the screen "subscription expired" again.

  In the oobelib.log file, I see several entries that are similar to this line:

• WebFonts and Typekit fonts will not correctly work in Windows7 Chrome

  I tried almost all the browsers for Windows 7 and Chrome is always the black sheep for me (surprisingly not IE). Many fonts typekit and webfonts look perfect in Muse, Muse Preview, IE and Firefox.

  But when I open the Chrome, the horror begins.

  This problem is making me spend more time choosing the right font for my sites, I'm sure everybody wants their site to look perfect on all browsers out there.

  I used another site to prove that the issue was not my Web sites. Furthermore, none of my sites have this question cause I have spend hours to find fonts that do not resemble this on Chrome.

  What you see here is in fact a difference in how Chrome and rendering of fonts. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about it. Chrome font rendering is, for some fonts, not very good, and the only way to really know is to check the appearance of your fonts in the browser. If you are interested, Typekit team made a very long series of blog posts on the difference in rendering of fonts for the web, including recommendations for policies that make it well. Positions are at this point a few years old, but they are still very useful in learning about differences.

  I'm trying to track down why my typekit fonts will be displayed correctly on my main domain: nicksava.com, but do not seem to load for users or myself on my area of replacement: nicksavarese.com

  To work around the problem, I understand that I can just download the same site on the FTP server to the two addresses - but I currently have domain forwarding set up to mirror the site and prefer to keep it that way.

  The instant kit on your site does not list the area that you are having problems with. In order to have the fonts to load up on nicksavarese.com, you will need to add to your list of domains.

  Here's how to add another site to the list:

  1) go to Muse and choose the option "Export to HTML".

  (2) you will be asked to provide a list of domain names for export. Make sure you add all your domains to this list.

  (3) upload the new HTML to your web server and Typekit fonts will begin work in a few minutes.

  I looked in the forums for Muse and similar Typekit, but I can't seem to find the problem.

  I just published a Web site created in Muse: iampioneer.org

  I have 2 families of fonts added as webfonts (Adelle & Proxima Nova) in Muse and also a Typekit Kit.

  This is how it is supposed to look like:

  

  1 police (Adelle) makes it very well on the website of my local station, but Proxima Nova is substituted for Arial/Helvetica:

  Looks like you need to add the domain name to your Web site when you export the Project Muse; all your domain names should be included in this list for Typekit fonts to work.

  Hmmm...  as Guenter, Typekit fonts should work for export to HTML format.  But it could be a problem with you using the HTML export settings, or preferences.

  I just ran a quick test to verify that export to HTML format works:

  • create a trial subdomain (e.g. subdomainname.domainname.com) in the URL of the Site.
  • Then download the files exported to this area... and Typekit fonts used worked well.

  The question could relate to the Typekit not linking correctly account? There are a few things I can think off that might help:

  1. Choose Adobe Muse CC > preferences (Mac) or edit > Preferences (Win)
  2. Publier publish on Business Catalyst, check the Adobe ID used corresponds to the Adobe ID associated with your creative cloud membership. (I'm not 100% sure if this information is used by any other publication options, for example to add the referencing of Typekit fonts for web pages and a link to your account, but I think we could - someone else may be able to verify this).
  3. Once that corresponds to your Adobe Creative ID of cloud, try again to export as HTML.
  4. Make sure that you enter the correct URL of the Site where the site will be published (this is also used for purposes of Typekit), click OK.

  Then download all the files that have been exported to the directory on your web server where the site will be allowed.

  Hope it will work. If you're still having problems, let us know:

  * What Typekit fonts you use.

  Information that you enter in the export HTML dialog box

  * When the site is published online (feel free to give us a link if you are able to).

• Previously synchronized Typekit fonts are missing from the document and I can't sync them again

  I synced the files just now and they all show as synchronized in my account of typekit, but in the actual Illustrator file they show missing and when I'm trying to synchronize the missing fonts, I get an error indicating that I should check in my menu office typekit. When I checked, but it is blocked with the spinner synchronization in the Middle for some time now.

  I reboot everything. I have disconnected and reconnected... I don't know what else to try. Any sugjestions?

  Oh and I tried a new one to see if it works and that has not happened either synchronization.

  If this does not resolve the problem, you can also use the 'Contact support' link on this page to talk to a support agent and debug the problem more far.

  Once that tab in your application to Creative cloud charge properly again, the fonts should be available to all your office programs.
