Account problem access programs - Keep getting disconnected (e)

I had questions, you have access to all Cloud applications creative for last week. Photoshop crashed last week, how I finished by uninstalling then reinstall the creative cloud and run the cleanup tool. Since then, I keep getting disconnected (e) Creative Suite. When I try to sign in, I get a message that my subscription has expired, which is not correct. If I click on "try again" he continually leads back me to the screen "subscription expired".

If I click on the sign "as another user" but use my username and password, I am able to sign once, but if I open and then close a program, I get the screen "subscription expired" again.

In the oobelib.log file, I see several entries that are similar to this line:

I also tried to delete the opm.db file and that did not fix the situation, either.

Everyone knows this problem or have ideas of how to solve?

    I see that you have an adobe account with the same email with forums, however, I don't see no subscription under this account.

    If you can't change the email during indexing, see the steps below:

    The OOBE and rename it OOBE.old and then try to connect with the correct ID:

    Location: -.

    Windows C: \ directory users\ user account-App data-local-adobe \oobe

    MAC: Go / go to the folder / Application support / Adobe / oobe

  • I keep getting disconnected and Typekit fonts drops.

    When you work in a program every five minutes or so, I get disconnected. I noticed this, because all of the Typekit fonts I use suddenly fall. I'm going to reconnect, then they drop five minutes later. Is this a known or fixable problem? I use a Mac. How can I get CC and Typekit to stay connected? I use the CC for over a year, and recently it started doing this.

    OK, in our society, we have about 1400 employees...

    We have many domain controllers and 1 name of primary area... but also exchange and Lync server and served by actions and etc...

    We are also going through the Iprism web filter, which requires a user to access a site like google.com etc... Download authenticated etc... before regular web browsing works etc...

    We have windows 7 32 bit & 64 mixed in the environment (no XP machines)

    Also by GP, we have 10 invalid login attempts will lock the user account AD... also require password change every 45 days

    We were (for about 2 or 3 months now) see a larger than normal amount of accounts getting locked for what seems to be no reason... We have Netwrix Acocunt Lock installed, examiner, who tells us what PC lock is happing to and what DC reports bad passwords etc... but doesn't tell us is not what is the cause... especially when the user is nothing else than a regular job and does not enter their password in anything... also when we seek newspapers etc... There is nothing substantial, no saved credentials, any mapped drives, scheduled tasks are defined with the GP only by local user...

    We are on our side on this...

    in our society, it seems we have about 8 people who are locked in almost daily (and most have only not mobile devices with email either)

    The PC have seen the question seem to have 2 things in common...

    1. they all seem to have Office 2013

    2. all have a program installed called ADP (CDK) a program of the automotive industry

    Most computers are imaged via our server of fog...
    Windows updates are chased through Wsus etc...
    Antivirus is System Center Endpoint Protection etc...

    We checked the PC with this problem for malware, we looked in each log, we can find etc... and can not find what is trigger or submit incorrect credentials...

    We even tried to install the alockout.dll Microsoft locking tools... which seems to report nothing (I've read that this does not work in windows 7?)

    Does anyone have knowledge of something, we can run on the machine that will alert us regarding when an invalid password is submitted as well as what service or program sends the info?

    Welcome to the HP forums! I hope you enjoy your stay here.

    I see you are trying to recover the password for your account Center ePrint. I can help with that.

    For starters, ePrint Center was converted into a new site called HP connected. If you click this link, click on Sign In at the top left and I forgot the password, and then allow you to reset your password. If it isn't, then we try another browser. Safari in particular has a lot of trouble with Flash for Firefox or Chrome should have any other questions. If you still have questions then reboot your PC and try again, or otherwise try to reset your password by using a different device.

    If after that you are unable to reset your password, then I would contact HP Cloud Services. You can do it by appellant 1-855-785-2777 between 08:00 and 10 EST from Monday to Friday and Saturday from 09:00 to 8 a.m. EDT.

    If it helps resolve your problem then please let others know by clicking on accept as Solution below my post.

    I've just updated Skype to the latest version and when I go to connect it automatically signs me back off. I don't know what the problem is. I even went and changed my password and tried new and same problem!

  • CC Adobe is going to be a real problem if we keep getting errors like error 2 (which is a pain to fix!)

    I followed the instructions to uninstall and reinstall, but I need my LR to work on and has not been able to connect to the internet, it would have been a MAJOR PAIN!  Adobe has better make CC do not do that! Are you listening Adobe? Still hanging with opening who don't quit on me... and hope that something is coming out soon that will be installed on my computer, so I don't have this problem... Cloud apps are a pain!

    It seems that for some unknown reason the authorization in the licensing folder is deleted. Please try to start one of the applications by right click and select run as administrator, it should solve the problem by doing this.

  • Why my internet accounts automatically get disconnected after that my computer turns off by itself?

    I have a Compaq PC with processor Dual-Core AMD Athlon X 2 5000, and it runs Windows Vista Edition Home Premium... In my view, that is running Service Pack 2. I use the computer to check my e-mail, my YouTube and Facebook accounts (and possibly other accounts spread I connect to).

    I usually use Internet Explore to browse the web. Sometimes my computer turns off by itself due to overheating. But whenever when this happens, when I turn my computer back on and return to the use of the Internet, I've totally frustrated to find that all my accounts were automatically disconnected!

    Even when I check these boxes to keep me connected to these accounts when I turn on the computer again after a successful stop, my accounts still get disconnected!

    It only seems to happen when my computer turns off by itself without stopping... mainly due to overheating. When I turn on the computer again after a successful regular stop, my accounts are automatically saved on once again, due to activate me "Keep me connected" by checking these little boxes. But after a situation when the computer is off all the time (either by himself for a reason, either by me with strength to turn it off when my computer crashes), my accounts do not remain.

    How can I prevent my accounts automatically be disconnected so that whenever I start the computer, after it turns off by itself, my internet accounts turned on? There must be a patch for this embarrassing situation here on the internet.

    Perhaps because an improper shutdown / forced can inpact on different parameters.

    Your must not PC in all cases be having heat problems, you need to fix this (heat) before it turns into something terminal

    If you run MSE or an other major antivirus programs, so you have protection.

    The site is probably just delayed due to heavy access.
