  A very, very tough mental tally has my cursor flashing at 2 seconds, 2 seconds OFF in Fireworks. The cursor that I try to write as that now in Firefox flashes at approximately less than 1 second on, less than a second off the COAST. This 2 seconds of the State OFF in FW is therefore very difficult to find the cursor when you move or writing.

  Yes, I find this too well (I use the Mac version). Generally, the application interface is slow and full of small moments lag; I'm sure they are trying to address this, hopefully.

  I write about a timestamp to a file each time in a loop in my main program (to save during the last of data analysis).  I do this so that if the program stops when it is restarted, it can say how long the program has been down for.

  Anyway, if I write/open/close the file on each loop, I get a flicker of the slider (the normal cursor to an hourglass).  If I simply open the file on the first call and simply write the file on each loop, I don't get a flicker.  But then I need to empty the file on each loop to make sure that data gets written.  Can I get the flicker when Flush is called.

  I tried this, use a datalog file and a text file.  Is there another file that I could use that would not cause this behavior?  Or is there a way to prevent the modification of the file IO screw slider?

  Found out what the problem was.  The data file I wrote for was in my LabVIEW project.  So I guess he tried to update the project whenever I updated the data file.  Once I deleted the file from project data, everything was fine - no flicker hourglass on the slider.  Thanks for all the answers.

  The basic method is like that. If you want to adjust the pos of the instance, number of instances, etc...

  Calc evt.clientX and evt.clientY, record the number of instances, calc distance between the instance that created before and so on.

  You need a TableCellEditor customized to take account of all parameters. I guess you already a TableCellRenderer so use code of the rendering engine for get params for cells and use them in the editor.

  It would be greatly appreciated if someone could kindly put a fix for a rather irritating problem that causes web pages to spend maybe 20 px to the left when the images are placed in the content area DIV. main It occurs when you view it in several browsers and whatever versions of DW used namely MX2004, V8 and CS5. The question is particularly endemic when using CS5 set the column templates.

  What the devil I'm doing wrong? Code can be provided if necessary (i.e. it is not a problem that is easily identifiable). I searched Google and this forum but have not found a solution to the problem.

  I'm trying to figure out how I can reposition the cursor in a text field once I've selected a checkbox.

  Example; I have 3 boxes can select use. When the user selects the check box, I want to cursor to move to this box.

  No Chomp problem, I updated the form that you posted to set focus in the first textfield in the hidden subform (criterion 1). I published the form here:

  Notice how the full path should be clearly explained when fields bound, in this case, a check box and a text field, are in different subforms.

  If you never do know what the full path to a field, click a different field, click in the script Manager window, then ctrl + click the field you want the path. If you have this selected field ctrl + click 'this' will return just as he will himself reference in the script manager.

  On the change event of the area code field, you can use the JavaScript like this:

  The variable wil tempStr contain the entry selected by the user. Assuming that are code is 3 characters, and then when they get into 3 tanks the the update will change the field named in the setFocus command (in my case TextField2).

• Message text to display in the carousel when no image extracted from the database

  I'm creating a carousel using pictures from a database table. All the fields in the table contains no images. Currently, it displays a cross mark on the image.

  For areas that I want to display text can be 'No Image'. To do this, I put the property 'EmptyText' of the Carousel component. But the text does not appear. Also, I do not wish the crossroads brand to display instead, I want only the text "No Image" look upwards.

  If I understand correctly, emptyText shows as if the entire dataset is empty, not a picture (if any rows in the resultset). It's same with af:table. Maybe I'm wrong, however.

  You can use an 'empty' image: for example to put an image of 'empty' (tailored to your needs, is perhaps 'no image' text or an icon etc.) in your project resources folder. Then, in your application, replace "null" for path to this image and it will be dispalyed instead of the generic "missing image" icon in the browser (Yes the red X is icon generic browser for missing images).

• My audio does not sync upward with the video when editing... no not after have exported them.

  So, I use Adobe first Pro CC and it's been great so far. For reason of som I get this problem a lot recently, my voice does not synchronize with the video. I use Audacity to record my voice and my recording software to record sounds in the game. My voice doesn't sync upward with the video DURING editing (no not after export).

  Also, before you save I say "3, 2, 1, record" so I can sync my voice and video, so it's not me being stupid... It is really strange.

  First will not work with variable rate, you will need to use a program like Handbrake (for Windows) to convert the first.

  Sometimes I like to edit photos from Lightroom in Photoshop then re - record return to Lightroom, my pictures are of the Nikon Nef raw and they come usually in about 24 MB and it's ok. The problem is when I change in LR to PS - Photoshop transforms the image into a Tiff file and I have some pictures to nearly 400 MB being imported to LR, I merge layers, and flatten the image etc then go to file and then save and I can't reduce them. Y at - it an easy way to convert the final image to a Tiff NEF file with just a click of mouse, thank you very much I'm new on this and find nice software to use all the ideas please.

  Another thing to consider is that you can change your Lightroom preferences to save TIF 8-bit images. This would significantly reduce the size of these files.
