I know it is a malfunction probably related to updates of Windows not supporting the manufacturer of my CD/DVD drive, because it can be manufactured by another company or something to that effect. Anyone have this problem and can guide me through the fix for this problem so I can go in my life and enjoy my Presario completely once more?
