I lost all of my original hotmail information.

I have had hotmail since I have my laptop. I am registered to several websites that I paid for and since last week, I can access is no longer my Email.  It was changed to Windows Live.  They asked a username and password that I did, and now I can not pull up of my hotmail emails original.  They have totally disappeared.  What can we do to find this information?

Hi lilcougar,

If you have provided an alternate email address when creating the Hotmail account you can log in with this email address and change the username and password from there by clicking on forgot password.

Or, Alternatively, you must contact Windows Live support for assistance:
