  You don't say what Explorer!
  There are Explorer Windows and Internet Explorer.

  You must make a new application in the store. Apple won't let you replace an iPhone/iPad app with an iPad app, there must be a new list.

  Demarrer start from your XP CD in Recovery Console, and then run the following command

  sfc/scannow (you will need an XP CD for this command)

  If that is not correct the problem, then you can try to perform a repair installation.

  Five minutes maybe not enough time to evacuate electricity from the CMOS chip.

  Check that you start the PC upward with power, only plugged a/c for the first time, or the password is not deleted if reconnect you the main battery.
