I'm a straight line when I type in Photoshop.

I am a beginner. How can I change this to see the text?

Screen Shot 2015-06-23 at 6.12.05 AM.png

The text color is black. This is why you do not.

Photoshop has two modes of text. If you click on the text tool and type the text, you get a line with the text. If you click and drag the text tool, it's a resizable box for your text. One is fine, although the text box is a bit more flexible.

This is explained in the help of Photoshop.

  • When I type in photoshop all the text is compressed

all the text looks like it's 80% width, but it is set at 100% so I can't change it. I tried to reset the text and it did nothing.

It looks that you looked at the parameters of the character Panel, so the next step would be to reset the text (far left of the Options bar) tool

Oops!  Already, you reset the text tool.

  • Straight line between two polar points

    Hi all

I created a VI that could be traced a Polar curve according to time-distance formula. The VI has present Mag and target Mag. each with its own angle (Polar form that is (r, theta)). I want to draw a straight line from the current point to the target point. I used the time-distance formula to trace the scale and used the same slope to point the angle. However, I get a curved path as shown in the attachment.

Could someone tell me what formula can be used to draw a straight line from the current point to the target point?

    Thank you.

1 convert two polar points in rectangular coordinates.

    2. generate the points between the two.  You can use the function of ramp or some other methods to generate points.

3 convert points to polar coordinates and draw.  Nice straight line!

Of course, the question is why do you want a straight line when you use the polar coordinates?  He will not directly be r or theta.

  • Paint a straight line on an angle using the Brush tool

    Hi guys,.

I know this might be a quick and simple question, but can someone tell me if there is a way to paint a straight line on a corner in photoshop using the Brush tool as you draw instead of using the online tool?

I know that you can paint a straight line by holding down the SHIFT key with the Brush tool, but I want to do the same action on an angle.

    Thanks in advance

    ARC

Paint the starting point of your line with a single click and release the mouse button.  Then, move your cursor to the location where you the end of the line to be and shift + click here.  Fact.

  • Director of Windows: I have a song that lasts 3 minutes and when I imported into windows movie maker, it appeared that a straight line and said that the song is only 1 second! I need help!

My song appears like 1 seconds for a long time even if it is actually 3 minutes long and it plays very well. When I place it in the Audio section / music he appears just as a straight line...

Might be interesting to try to convert the music file to the

  • When you use the "Fill & sign PDF" feature, is there a way to stretch to resize the text box, to an area of the page... rather than through a long straight line...?

When you use the "Fill & sign PDF" feature, is there a way to stretch to resize the text box on a specific area of the page... instead of the text box is in a long straight line...? I do not see there is an option or the ability to do so, just want to confirm.

Improving the management of multiple line text fields is in our plans, but for now, you need to add manual carriage return (Enter).

    Thank you

  • Angle path of straight line without distortion wavy when put to the drawing scale

    Hello

I am a beginner using the CS5.5 and try to add straight lines to a drawing, using the online tool. They are inclined to about 30 degrees from the horizontal, parallel to the other. Used 2pt and color for the lines. Everything is great in artificial intelligence. When I export the drawing in PNG for insertion in InDesign to illustrate and design to adapt to the InDesign page to scale down (45%), the lines once perfectly smooth and straight are wavy, almost zigzaggy, slightly distorted. Not a good result.

Is there a better way to draw straight lines located on a corner of the drawing so that they are perfectly smooth and when scale retain their smooth straight look?

    Any help appreciated.

    Kind regards

This is just the view of screen which is shredded. You'll find when we print it will be OK. To see a more accurate version on your screen in InDesign, select your object and go to object > display performance > high quality display

  • How to highlight in straight lines, not pen

Hello. How can I reset my Adobe reader to highlight in straight lines and no stylus?

    Thank you

When you place the highlighter tool it will switch to text selection mode (IE, straight lines), but when you place the mouse over another content type it switches back on mode "Feather".

  • Touch force constantly removes the gesture and replaces it with a straight line from the starting point to point stylus. Is this a bug? It made impossible delicate designs on iPhone 6 s more.

More iPhone 6s and Adobe Illustrator drawing

When establishing, too much pressure removes the gesture and replaces it by a straight line connecting the initial start of the drawing just under the pressure point. This makes delicate drawing impossible. This affects all types of brushes and occurs when you use your finger or the stylus. Deleting the app, reboot the iPhone and reinstalling does not remedy the problem.

As long as we don't have contact with the screen and varies the pressure beyond a certain point, the gesture will be constantly removed and replaced by a straight line. This issue was present in the previous version, and in the course of December 3 update.

  • When you type text in the forms, the vertical bar gets multiplied everywhere.

Often, when I am typing text into a form on different sites, whether it be Facebook or the same site, the vertical bar that follows the text input gets randomized on the line and appears more than once. The glitch disappears about half a second after I stop typing (as soon as the pipe character begins to Flash), but he always drives me crazy when I type something on a regular basis. You can find a screenshot of the action of a form of Facebook here: http://imgur.com/mNr9Y

  • HP Officejet Pro 8600: Thin vertical lines when printing photos

The printer referenced did a fabulous job to print photographs.  In this case, the printer is fairly recent and has recently recently consumed the original cartridges when it was decided to try to use it for photo printing.  Therefore, the fabulous results were extracted relatively new cartridges and consisted of at least a dozen photo printing in various sizes.  Then all of a sudden these thin vertical straight lines began to appear in print.  They are equidistant on the full image.  That they appear in the printed image.  When using paper letter (8.5 x 11) to print an image cropped at 8 x 10 with landscape orientation spacing is about 1 1/8 (one and one-eighth) inches or 8 evenly spaced vertical lines.  Somewhat like the photo was divided into 8 columns.

According to the printer built in ink gauge, that the cartridges are now just a little more than half full.

These lines are narrow enough so that they are not very visible when printing on normal paper (copy).  They would probably be imperceptible on many kinds of printed documents.  However, they become quite noticeable and reprehensible when using good quality (in this case HP) photo paper to print photos.

Absence of a printer resolution is not good for photo printing.

In addition to the troubleshooting suggests that the problem is not due to the printer, but rather to the software used to perform the printing. It was not immediately obvious that I printed only photos using Picasa and it worked fine and then all of a sudden the problem developed. However, I have now tried to print the same photos with other software and there is no problem for the steps.

The Picasa forum also has many messages wanting to be the same or a similar problem to what I have experienced. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an explanation for a repeatable cause, nor a specific solution. Some hacking autour with the settings and options seems to be in order. If it does not then print with other software may be necessary.

  • Problems with the cursor when you type

I don't know if it's something in Vista, but I have terrible problems in Word and when typing emails. I can touch type and normal type without looking at the screen. However, I find when I look at the screen, the cursor inexplicably himself stuck about4-6 rear lines and hit the last piece in the middle of the existing text. In fact it just happened again - when I type ing he climbed to the title: why!

I feel responsible because I don't get it in the older microsoft software that I use at work and it has never done in internet cafes - didn't have it a few months, but it drives me crazy: why it does this?

Patjom, make sure that you do not have to hide when you type the value of the mouse pointer. Here are the steps:

Open mouse by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, clicking hardware, and then clicking on the mouse.
Click the Pointer Options tab, and then do one of the following:
