  A PC virus are not likely a Mac. I don't even have anti-virus software.

  because the software does not work in an account there are 2 possibilities. We know its not corrupted prefs because a new account did not work. We not have some other corruption in the user account. so we narrowed it down to the software or the operating system. If it was the applications one or two of them should work. so I'd say it's something to do with the system.

  My next step would be to do an Archive and install of the operating system then update. In this way, you keep all your settings and applications but install a new system and a user account. If that's not it I would reinstall the Creative Suite.

  Rather than move the apps to the trash to uninstall them properly.

  Yes, usable only between the same dynamic link versions products. You can complete rditing and export a first Pro CC and take it to After Effects for further editing, but dynamic linking is not possible in this case.

  How do you create the new layer? Looks like you have a selection and use ctrl/cmd-J. If you have a choice and it is empty, you will get this error.

• How can I reinstall Adobe CS5 on the same computer

  I use Adobe Production Premium Suite on two computers. I need a procedure to reinstall Adobe Premiere and Media Encoder CS5 on the teacher's computer and the first CS5 on the other.  Media Encoder stop working on one, and remains active as a process first, after that I have to unload it on the other.  Whenever I use it, it continues to consume up to 25% of my CPU time.  If I run it three times, then three instances of it remains active until 75% of the time processor.

  I need a procedure to uninstall and reinstall the programs mentioned above.  I was told that I have to disable and uninstall the Adobe complete Suite Production CS5 and recharge even.  I was hoping just to reinstall the defective programs.

Was using a previous version of Firefox for a while but is has started to run slowly or occasionally crash or better yet show "program does not" or some this verbiage when I started the browser, so I decided to move to a new Firefox. I uninstalled the old version and installed a new one – and I can't start even the browser. The browser window opens with "Restore Session - Mozilla Firefox (not responding)"

  Firefox reset function move your old folder settings on your desktop, inside a folder named old data from Firefox. Please keep this record for a few weeks in case you need to recover anything of him.

  If the reset does not help, there are two main variables remaining here: possible corruption in the settings (your profile folder) files that are reported after a reset and possible problems in your Firefox program folder.

  a friend gave me the solution, the old CS works perfectly on the new SSD and the OSX El Capitan
  Go to privacy and security in the system preferences.
  On the general tab, it should say allow applications downloaded on. Select anywhere.
  Then try to reinstall.
  It worked for me and I put the security preferences back to the original configuration.

  Made me a happy camper :))

  I recently downloaded an upgrade to CS5 - it caused Windows Explorer to crash everytime that I right click on a file. I followed it down to a problem with the ADFSMenu.dll extension and you have disabled this.  Explorer doesn't crash anymore, but now I can not open the psd files, either by left-click or right-click which is really annoying.

  I'm sure that other people will have been affected by here - anyone found a way to fix this?

When I got to the last step where it says "Complete the Installation", it gave me an error message telling me that the "Windows.old" file is corrupted. One thing I can tell you, is that you can not activate creative Lightroom of the Cloud with a serial number. There is no serial number for the creative cloud version. It must be installed from the application cloud Creative Manager. You will need to uninstall Lightroom and then reinstall it from the application manager. Other than that, please explain in detail and more clearly what your problem is.
