I'm locked out of my account. Windows 8 gmail account

When I got on my laptop, one day, I tried to enter my password, but he repeated that it was incorrect (I've changed, but I forgot what I changed to) after typing in different passwords several times, I locked. Now, I can't sign in with my password, but fortunately has added another way to enter my computer by typing a pin code. But every time now when I try to access my account it is said that its coastline and I either have to connect the computer to the way I logged in last time (in pine) or I have to go to account.live.com remedy, but I can not because when I try to log in, it says that my account is locked. Help, please. I don't want to keep having to connect by pin code every time.

Hi Joanne,

You use a local account or Microsoft account to connect to the computer?

If you use a Microsoft account then you can follow these solutions:--

1. ensure that Microsoft account services are running, go to the page of the service status.

https://status.live.com/

2 reset your password from Microsoft
To reset your password, or get help with a password and other problems with your Microsoft account, go to reset your password.

https://account.live.com/password/reset

3. check the length of your password
Make sure that your Microsoft account password length is not more than 16 characters. The current maximum limit is clearly indicated during your initial account registration Microsoft upward, but may not be clear during a password change. The password change process to enter more than 16 characters, but your account will not accept anything more than 16 characters. You can change your password from Microsoft by clicking on change your password. (You may need to connect to your Microsoft account before you can access this Web page.)

https://account.live.com/ChangePassword.aspx

4. get on your Microsoft account to check if its been blocked or pirate by following the link below
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-8/get-back-blocked-hacked-account

5. you can also follow the link below if you have forgotten your Windows password

  • Windows 7 has become my comments login and I'm locked out of admin

    Hello

I've been running W7 Pro 64 bit very happy for two months. When I installed, I made a user account for me with admin privileges (I'm the only user on this machine). All of a sudden yesterday I noticed that I could not do some things and on investigation found that W7 has become my admin account a guest one. Same account name, icon, the user files, but no right! I did nothing to cause it, as far as I know, it just happened. I don't think it's a virus, Kaspersky certainly is not report anything.

I tried to boot from the DVD and by defining the built in Administrator account, but that the command window told me that the command executed successfully, when I restart I see no administrator account. Because I'm the only user I had previously defined netplwiz to connect automatically and I can't disarm that - I just get a window saying 'entry password administrator to run netplwiz' but there is no password box, probably because that there is no administrator account on the system.

I seem to be completely locked out from changes to the admin of my system. First thing I will do when I get the machine working again, is to create an alternative admin account to use if it never happens again, but for now, I'm completely stuffed.

    Can someone help, please?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

    TP

UPDATE: I booted in safe mode with command prompt and run lusrmgr.msc to view accounts. Administrator account is here, just can't see on login screens. I thought that the administrator password should be blank (or perhaps the same one that I put in place with my initial admin-level account), so I tried shift-right-click netplwiz and selecting run as another user, and then typing in Administrator and white as well as a selection of passwords possible. No joy. It does not accept any combination of names of users and passwords.

So, how to use the administrator account?

    Aaaaaargh!

I have fixed my problem on Windows 7 guest user.  The problem is after I added the computer successfully in my area, I decided to change the name of the computer. So I changed the name and the past of the domain to the working group. After rebooting I connected under the no original domain account, I created, but it was no longer a member of the administrator group and has been labeled as guest user account type.  I had not enabled the administrator account.

The solution: press F8 at startup for Advanced Startup Options.  Select the option 'Safe Mode with command prompt'.  I was given the opportunity to log on as an administrator, and I did.

I entered my orders, first to change the admin password then command to activate the administrator account:

"password net user administrator"-password the password to use.  (Password must meet complexity requirements)

"net user administrator / Active: Yes.

Computer restarted and I is presented with the option to connect as administrator.  Connected and managed to create a new account and add to the domain.
