I'm Member creative cloud, but startup applications in the first instance. Win 7 pro.
The title says it all. There is a thread of Mac Os X users with the same problem. When signing with the Adobe Application Manager, I get only the possibility to enter a serial number.
I had a test before and uninstalled everything installation and run the Adobe CleanScript.
How to solve this problem?

Installer of creative cloud (or CC application itself) crashes on MacOS Yosemite (Macbook PRO). After the installation process of the creative cloud icon is displayed for the second in the menu bar and goes.

I am a member creative cloud, but trying to allow an error occurs
I bought a full subscription of creative cloud directly from the adobe website. But whenever I try to license it says that it cannot find a subscription. I have the German version also.
I couldn't find a redemption code, probably because I need for my subscription I don't really know what the problem is.

Helyar if Adobe Application Manager is problems to communicate with the activation servers Adobe you may be prompted for a serial number. Please see sign in or activation errors. Bought and installed Adobe Creative Cloud, but I only get the trial version.
I bought the pack of €60 / month. Installed Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, but it began in a trial version. (Thought it was normal for the first day, as long as my payment would be to accept) Now, I left for a few days and I'm still in evaluation mode. When you click the icon of CC next to the PS, HAVE fr ID it is a BUY button NOW? When you click on the my account Abobe said that I already bought it. And yes I bought it already, but why am I still in a trial version?... I have already received an invoice with the amount I paid, so normally I would have the right to use the applications.
Additional information:
Purchased with VISA and installed on a Macbook PRO.
Restarted several times, but no improvement, still the trial version.
Does anyone else have this problem?

If you check your subscription and the foregoing, sign-out/check-in fails, then follow the suggestion of message 1.

Paid for Adobe Creative Cloud but had to download the trial version
I just paid for 1 year in the educational version of cloud full creative adobe and downloaded on my laptop. I already have Adobe Creative suite 6 master collection on my laptop and I was not able to open creative cloud applications that I did an uninstall on Adobe Creative suite 6 master collection. Then I tried to open the creative cloud and he insisted that I have try the trial version and to be in a pinch because I loaded on my laptop needed to start the new class the next day, I downloaded the trial version. Now, I need to know how to install the creative cloud that I already paid for and to make sure it works well. I think that the newly loaded creative cloud could have a conflict with the Adobe Creative suite master 6 precedent. Some of my photos have a purple line which passes through. I use Lightroom six, but had the same problem with the previous version. I tried different software and do not have the same problem, so I don't think that the problem is with the camera.
