I am a member of Adobe Creative Cloud but cannot go beyond the screen "enter serial".

I am a member paying (a few months)-when I try to connect with my Adobe ID active it just brings me to switch to screen series.

I go from this:

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Chat support is incredibly ridiculous. I'll post here afterwards for a laugh.

Helyar if Adobe Application Manager is problems to communicate with the activation servers Adobe you may be prompted for a serial number.  Please see sign in or activation errors. CS6, subscriptions CS5.5, Perpetual CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html for some common causes of this problem.
