Helyar if Adobe Application Manager is problems to communicate with the activation servers Adobe you may be prompted for a serial number. Please see sign in or activation errors. I just paid for 1 year in the educational version of cloud full creative adobe and downloaded on my laptop. I already have Adobe Creative suite 6 master collection on my laptop and I was not able to open creative cloud applications that I did an uninstall on Adobe Creative suite 6 master collection. Bought and installed Adobe Creative Cloud, but I only get the trial version.
I bought the pack of €60 / month. Installed Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, but it began in a trial version. (Thought it was normal for the first day, as long as my payment would be to accept) Now, I left for a few days and I'm still in evaluation mode. When you click the icon of CC next to the PS, HAVE fr ID it is a BUY button NOW? When you click on the my account Abobe said that I already bought it. And yes I bought it already, but why am I still in a trial version?... I have already received an invoice with the amount I paid, so normally I would have the right to use the applications.
Additional information:
Purchased with VISA and installed on a Macbook PRO.
Restarted several times, but no improvement, still the trial version.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Check your subscription payment has been processed and your adobe id is correct, https://www.adobe.com/account.html
log out and then back to your office to cc using the same adobe id allowing you to check your subscription is current, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sign-in-out-activate-apps.html
If you check your subscription and the foregoing, sign-out/check-in fails, then follow the suggestion of message 1.

Hello! I have an Adobe Creative Cloud membership and was under the impression that I was allowed to host 5 free sites through Business Catalyst. However, when I launch my site built in Adobe Muse CC by Business Catalyst he ordered to buy a hosting package. Can you please explain what is happening here, and how can I use my free hosting?
5 free sites ended. It is not available from the CC and more.

Hi - I'm looking for the correction Adobe Illustrator 2014 1.2 update (ou.0.2) for Mac - and it is not visible in the Adobe Creative Cloud Packager (Mac version). The only visible update is Illustrator CC 20141 - that is what introduced bugs.
The only thing I can think that may cause the problems I have a Mac Mini on the Mavericks.

Reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud, but why am I given only 30 days trial?
I got creative cloud through my school, so I should have full access to all my Adobe apps (ie: Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign). I had to clean my laptop and everything has been removed. After connecting to Adobe and download creative cloud again, I found that I was able to install the tests of 30 days instead of the full product.
I already made contact with my school and they took contact with Adobe apparently, but there is nothing that anyone could do. Maybe I did something wrong? If anyone here knows how to solve this problem, I need to know as soon as POSSIBLE.

I checked with your Adobe ID on the forums and I see an active subscription on it.
Please refer to the help below links: ( make sure you use the same Adobe ID / Email ID that you used to purchase the subscription )

* NOTE: Make sure that your firewall of your computer or security software firewall does not block Adobe, if you are not sure of it can just disable the firewall for a while and then log off and log on creative application of cloud and check.

It is best to do a clean reinstall.
Follow the procedure below:
N ° 1)
Click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.
(Applications > Utiliites)
Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.
Step 2)
Trash Adobe Creative cloud folder from Applications as well.
Step 3)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select the option "Go-ToFolder .
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)

(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open file Adobe and trash folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open file Adobe and trash folders named AAMUpdater ,Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 5)
Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:
Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and click on ""clean Selected " ."

(1) if it please click on the icon of the Apple menu and select System Preferences, then click Network.

(4) to the title of "Select a Proxy Server to configure" uncheck all checkboxes proxy, can uncheck "Use FTP Passive Mode (PASV)".
(5) then click on the Apply Now button.
