I'm 'reconstruction' my raid - do I have to 'clear' the hard drives of my raid

As some of you know, I had a weird problem with my raid. One of my drives is a failure, but for some reason, I am unable to replace it and create a disc of 'rescue' and then developing to recreate my raid.  There is a certain

Today I finish my current project and plan to start today or tomorrow the process of Loïc (much less time-consuming) to redo my raid.

I have 4 disks and know that whoever was not.  So, I have my new drive ready to go.   (In fact I bought an extra drive, so in theory, I have a total of FIVE hard drives, in which case it is useful for your suggestions.)

I did a full backup of my files, so I wonder if I need to 'clear' the data on 3 discs I'll re - use.

I have the background priority set at 50%, NCQ activated and activate Auto activated.

Table when rebuild you, you probably will be able to add the failed disk as a relief, given that the previous hot spare has been added in the table. If it's a smart way to go is doubtful. The failed drive posed problems, so I would try to exchange it under warranty and add the replaced, new disk as a hot spare.
