  Each computer has different startup programs - if you if you stop that you need you can turn it back on. See step 5 to turn them off.

  Windows 7 is slow

  (1) unplug all devices such as printers, external hard drives, microphone, webcams etc.

  (2) if the computer has only 1 GB or 2 GB of RAM, try adding more RAM.
  (3) make sure that your drivers are up-to-date.

They asked me what updates was installing I ffs there are dozens, how can you expect I note the faulty update. More than 60 updates have been downloaded, you expect me to download each individually (in order to find the faulty update) absolutely not.

  If your system seems to be restarted by itself, it seems that you need so that you can see what is happening:
