• Computer update downloaded vista crashed all I get is blue screen please help!

  I downloaded an update about 4 days on my daughter's computer. Now, Vista does not load, I get a blue screen saying Windows has been shut down to avoid damage to the computer, it gives an error 0X0000C1F5 shutdown more it give fixing options like Unplug appliances and start in safe mode, but none of it works. I tried all the options in the F8 menu, I tried F12 and I also tried to use a new Windows Vista disk to start. I also ran the repair of the system and checked every option it gives under the menu in advance. Someone please help me I am at a loss. How an update to do this. I know that this is not a virus, because I did an audit of security with CA and done a defrag through the system until I installed updates. It was my weekly check for the computer that day.

  Here are the instructions to try and clean up your computer...

  4. Try to update.

  * Important * When you do this, the following problems occur:

  • Updates that are currently downloaded but which have not yet been installed must be downloaded again by using Windows Update or Microsoft Update.
  • When you remove the Software Distribution folder, your download history is deleted.
  • If you currently receive updates from Microsoft Update and Windows Update, you will need to reselect this option from the Windows Update Web site.

  
  * Note * if the problem is resolved and you can successfully download and install the updates, you can delete the directory SoftwareDistribution.old to recover disk space.

• Firefox plays Youtube videos not, please help?

  Simple question, yet nothing I've tried has worked. The video is just a black rectangle on the page. It happens with all the videos on Youtube.

  I had version 12 of Firefox and it has not worked, put at 13, still does not. I do not have real player installed, I downgraded Flash 10 something points, disabled the flash Shockwave and still they won't play! SE ticked off and sick of having to use IE.

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance/themes).

  I had an apple for a long time but ID that you have not used for some time, well now I'm opening a session @ my work on my old apple ID in the apple store, I need to download anything to unzip the .rar files and I need to download it from the apple store for security reasons... so I have to log my account but I get an "unknown error". , no idea of what happens, maybe someone knows what I need to do?

• socket InputStream does not get all the data, please help

  I've been doing stuff of network on blackberry for quite awhile, but still using the http connection.

  I have to use the socket for a piece of my application connection, but could not do the work.

  This code is what I do

  AV is always 0.

  I don't know that my server sends data successfully. I run the network packet capture tool etheal on the MDS Server, I can see given reached MDS Server, but they never come to my device app.

  The outputstream works very well, I can send data from my application and my server code gets all of them.

  Where should I check? If it is http, I can turn on the debugging http on MDS log and see all network traffic, but for the socket connection, data packet is not connected (or I missed where it is).

  Is someone can you please tell me where I should go to understand why?
