  I have a creative cloud for subscription through my school teams and tried to download photoshop and after effects by the Office of creative cloud but I still get a trial version, even if signed in. When I check my account on adobe.com, I see I have registration and I am registered on creative cloud Office but for some reason that I can't download software.
