I recently bought a membership to the creative cloud for a year. My id says adobe my i have a free subscription. (I've used my activation code) I have no access to my applications, I can't download those, only try. Can someone help me?

I guess you have found an error for the trial;

First of all, disconnect, then back into creative cloud, using adobe id to pay for your subscription.
