Account suspended, cannot change the method of payment
My account is suspended for non-payment. Need to change the method of payment. MS Help says ' 3. under subscriptions, click on manage, and then click on change the payment option for the service you want to migrate. "Cannot find this option.

I see that you have a subscription active creative under the enamel even cloud as with forums.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the method of payment PayPal, credit card or vice versa.
You will need to cancel your subscription and purchase a new subscription in order to change the method of payment.

Adobe doesn't let me change my method of payment!
I recently spent the bank accounts and tried to update my online payment information but received no option other than paypal. The account but that is tied to my adobe on paypal plan has expired, I can't remove it from paypal since there is always chess transactions with adobe listed as pending.
I tried several times to update my payment method online at without success. I called customer service and was given a link to enter my payment information, which I did, but he then received a message a few days later saying that the payment with paypal does not pass.
I then tried to use the help chat feature, where I was told that it is not possible to change my paypal to credit card payment information. The gentleman told me that I had to cancel my account and you re-register so that I could change my payment details. I really did not want to sign up for another year of this and I wanted to just finish my current subscription. Eager to do away with all this, I decided to cancel my subscription and pay fees of $38.
Of course the payment does not pass because I could never get into my payment details. The site still doesn't let me update my payment information. I tried the cat help and told me that I needed to register and continue to use the service to change my method of payment.
The expert, that I now discuss said they received my payment, but he does not appear in my banking online or on paypal. He then said he was in treatment, but I know he won't go through a card to a current account that no longer exists.
I feel that it's just sort of a bug in their system that members of the customer service do not know how to solve. But it is seriously ridiculous and boring without end. I just want to with that.

I want to change the method of payment by entering another information of credit card, first when I do it and SAVE, page said that it cannot validate the payment method, secondary I wonder where I need to enter the CVV number, there is no field for it.

I see that you have active creative cloud for plan of photography under the same Adobe ID as with forums and you pay via paypal.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change payment details FRO paypal credit card or vice versa. The only option is to cancel the subscription and buy a new subscription.
