I need to disable the Office to move to a new computer

Can I disable Microsoft Office 2007 on a computer and so I can move it to my other computer that I use most often to remove it?  Help, please

If Office is OEM license, it cannot be moved.
To move the desktop, install it on the new computer, uninstall old.
