  You don't mention the version of the EP so you will need to track down that one is.  Here's a collection of links where you can download the demo version and use your serial number to activate to use fully.

  You should be able to download build 469512 and then apply updates to build 515841.

  INDD files are cross-platform. If you have a CC license, you can install on a Mac and Windows. If this isn't the case, you need two licenses for CS6.
