  Have you installed Lightroom 5.7.1 update, you can get the installation option since you have not installed the latest update, check and confirm the latest version of Lightroom installed on your computer. If this isn't the case, I suggest you go ahead and install Lightroom 5.7.1 since your creative application of cloud.

  I have changed the preferences in default creative cloud Office at: D:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

  I first installed Photoshop CC and perfectly installed in D:\Program Files (x 86) folder \Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC.  Then I clicked on the installation of the Lightroom button and it was quickly installed in C: Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.2.  I am 3.6 GB on my C:\ drive and need it to be installed on the drive D:\.

  I bought Lightroom a year ago and had it on my PC that recently crashed.  I had a data transfer from my old hard drive to my new imac and need to reinstall lightroom with my old catalog on my new Mac.  Someone knows how to do this?   Why I can not install Lightroom to a custom through the creative cloud location?

  Lightroom must be installed on your local disk and cannot be installed to a creative custom as other Cloud applications location. Lightroom always installs to the default location and does not take into account any preference you select for a custom location. This behavior is specified.

  Rogers09 you can download for Lightroom 4.4.1 for Windows installation files to Adobe - Lightroom: for Windows.  The updates contain the complete installation files, so there is no need to install the previous version.

  According to my understanding, you only need to install the cloud on the new machine and sign in using your account id/code.  This should close autonatically of other activations you have.  You can then connect to the desktop again.

  Now, I want to install Lightroom on Mac #2 5. Can I install and activate the v4, but when I install v5 it offers me an upgrade of activation. The only permit it seems to want is a full v5 one (it does not accept my key to upgrade to v5).
