  If you have already downloaded the tryout of first 13 items, you can go to the Adobe online store and buy a serial number for 13 Windows. After that you are given the number of series, you open the first of 13 elements tryout on your computer and then select buy (license of this product) in the tryout dialog box that says buy (license of this product) or continue Tryout.   You don't say what operating system you are using.

  But, assuming you're on Windows 10, once you have updated your graphics card drivers, make sure your Folder Options and select Show hidden files, and then navigate to C:/ProgramData/Adobe/Premiere elements/10.0 and delete the BadDriver.txt file.

  I use Adobe Premiere elements 12.0 for about 2 years on a number of devices. I just bought myself a new machine of the host/music studio - Dell XPS 8900, i7 - 6700 k Skylake, 16 GB RAM, soundcard Realtek, double video (vga screens), a VGA port on NVidia Ge Force 645, the other running the INtel HD integrated graphics card displayport VGA.

  In any case, on the new machine, I see issues with reading gel every 20 or 30 seconds at random, how I have to start it up again.

  It's a bit annoying when trying to evidence look an article, but not the end of the world.

  I tried made using another sound card, disconnect the audio (I read on some issues from Realtek), uninstall and reinstall the program. Nothing has worked yet.

  OK, for those who have the same problem. I solved mine away from the integrated Realtek audio device. I just ran across the same video for an hour with all the time.

  I know that Realtek has caused problems in the past of my reading on this topic and he has certainly proved the case with me. It is a terrible device anyway, so move my audio from the PC to the sound card that normally, I reserve for my recording studio work is a bonus.

  Thanks for your comments. The key to mine is shift + f10, but I did see an option to restore the default value, and I can only assume that's been there forever. I also tried to reinstall the first, but it only starts for a second before crashing with the same error.

  Update: after 4 hours of watching Adobe supports tinker with my files, they concluded it was my Nvidia GTX 765 M graphics card causing in problems with Adobe Premiere. After a little handy, I found that if I go to the Nvidia control panel-> manage 3D-> global settings settings-> and put "Graphic processor preferred" for automatic selection, the issue is fixed.

  On March 3, 2016, we tried to order the Pack Adobe Premiere elements 14 student teachers online.  It does not work if well so we tried to phone Adobe and place the order.  We are a Lutheran Church, who directs also that a State of Wisconsin accredited 4 Pre - K school on site.  After many trials and many disconnects Adobe on the phone we have abandoned.  This suite Tuesday morning we called Adobe again starting at 10:30 to 11:15 trying to move our agenda with no luck.  I've only connected to a live chat from 11:15 to 12:30 with an agent.  My story of Adobe on March 8, 2016 showed that I had 2 two orders for Premiere Elements pending verification of our school status.  After 45 minutes on the line with the service agent Adobe customer, I was told that they had to cancel my orders pending 2 and I was again my order.  I told the agent was going to "take responsibility" and to place the order for me.  I've been to wait 24 hours for verification.  It's been 48 hours and I have not received any communication from Adobe.

  I've never been so frustrated trying to place an order for simple software with what I thought to be a world-class company that I have been in my relationship with Adobe.  I see by this thread that a lot of people have this same problem and I didn't know one answer to the action that the client has taken to purchase to complete or receive any satisfaction from customer service.

  I would like to buy software from a different manufacturer if I could find a good software, or even to another reseller for Adobe, but I am afraid that, if I had trouble with the Adobe of a reseller program, I received support.  What a waste.

If I manually drag the vertical red line along the timeline, then individual pictures presents during the masterscreen above, but they have almost disappeared in arriving at the other. If I press play instead, the red line is progressing fairly well, but still the same speed on the timeline, but I need an explanation to slow down or speed up the clouds-photos that I brought to the timeline. Y at - there someone here who can / will cut out in 5 mm plates of steel for me?  PS. This isn't a normal video, it's 190 photographs of clouds taken with my interval-o-meter, just to know 'how' in Premiere Elements

  The best way is to your slide show in a video output then re-import this video in your project and use Time Stretch to slow down or speed up playback.

  How you do that depends on how you plan to use this slide show. It will be released on a DVD or BluRay disc? Uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo?
