I need to renew the subscription to inDesign CS6. Apparently it expired last week.
How to renew inDesign CS6? All I get from support is a repetition of the "expired". I make monthly payments through an active Amex card. I've had it for two years and it is supposed to be a "reform of the car.
Is there someone at Adobe, I talk too?

There's no option to transfer the license of an Adobe Id, to another.
You want to cancel current subscription and then buy a new one under the Adobe Id of the user.

I tried several times using IE, Chrome and Firefox browsers (win) to download the files for Indesign CS6 - all of these attempts have failed to extract the files. Other parts of the plant extract successfully, so I don't think that's my machine or OS (Win 7 Pro). I have been fighting for three days and am losing patience fast. Advice or assistance will be appreciated.
I finally got it to work using a different machine and copy the files on a USB stick for transfer to the machine I need installed on!

I have been using InDesign for many years. Last week I suddenly discovered that I couldn't open a document by double-clicking on the desktop or wherever it was. Instead, now I have to find the document in the folder it's in, click on it once, and then click file in the bar at the top of the screen, go to open, then it will be open. Any ideas why this happened all of a sudden? In addition, in the bar on the top of a document, I can no longer change the Essentials to advanced or others. Seems to have everything that happened at the same time. Help appreciated please.
