  The current versions of the AE does not use GPU acceleration for a large part of what. The only acceleration that makes all difference is in rendering traced to the RADIUS and which requires a compatible NVIDIA CUDA card. Nothing else will do it.

  Yes, usable only between the same dynamic link versions products. You can complete rditing and export a first Pro CC and take it to After Effects for further editing, but dynamic linking is not possible in this case.

  Bad idea. After Effects is not software editing. You want to Premiere Pro for editing of a film. That's much, much, much better at home because that's what it's designed to do. When it comes to Visual effects, compositing and motion graphics, so you must use After Effects to these tasks.

  An i5 will work to launch After Effects. The clock speed of the processor will make a big difference in the AE speed makes things.

  What are the 3d effects you plan to use? There could be several things that you hear here.

  If you're talking about ray-traced rendering introduced in CS6 engine, I would advise against using it. She is considered obsolete by the After Effects team and I don't know any people who used it professionally.

  If you're talking about the substitute continually improve the ray-traced rendering engine (the inclusion of Cinema 4 d with your subscription to After Effects), the GPU is not relevant. C4D renders on the CPU.

  If you talk about AE own 3d space (which is technically 2.5 d), the GPU is not relevant AE makes it only on the processor.

  If you talk about third-party plugins as item 3d, 3d Zaxwerks Invigorator, Shapeshifter of the courage, etc., you will need to check on their needs.

  If you have after effects CC 2015, then you have a subscription with Adobe which includes AE CS6, CC, CC 2014, 2015 CC and next version of After Effects coming out for as long as you are subscribed.

  If you only subscribe single-app for After Effects, just get the regular subscription to creative cloud. It's cheaper than to make two single-app subscriptions and it includes After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, SpeedGrade, Illustrator, Muse, Animate, Dreamweaver and many other professional programs like that.

  If you want to do video editing, you'll want to have Premiere Pro. After effects is ideal for animations, compositing and effects Visual, but it's TERRIBLE editing. Premiere Pro, use for this!

  I find that I keep coming back to composition my very simple animations - for most of the Ken Burns effects with bits of Flash or gif - in iMovie.   AE CS6... cool.  If you have ALL CS6, it is not necessary for iMovie God awful - it is for consumers, and it does not work with any very good Quicktime codecs.  Creation can do the trick for you.  And I wouldn't go play with the operating system on your Mac if things work well at the moment.  Personally, I am revolted by FCPX.  But maybe you want to because you are working in iMovie.  It's something like $ 300.

  I'm sure you will find AE tutorials do Ken Burns-type stuff just by Googling the following: "Ken Burns" AND "After Effects".

  It is not difficult at all, but if you do not often, I can understand the pain of the AE.  You can hard outside.

  You try to open a file created in after effects CC on the use of CS6. Will not work. Never did. You will need to have someone open the project in the CC and do a Save As CS6. Simple as that.

  Render and export a movie to play on a loop in a media player; do not use After Effects as a delivery system.

  • Remove all entries that has name of adobe. Then close the Textedit, it will Autosave.

  • We replace the modified hosts file that we had copied on the desktop with the original Hosts file inside the folder etc.
  • When you are prompted, the authentication by password Mac,
  • Be sure to select the option Replace ...
  • Once you have replaced the Hosts file, double click on it again and check if the Hosts file is free of Adobe entries.

  Then try to activate the CS 6 apps using the serial number, it shud work.

  1. replace by Comp.  After effects puts a model instead of the original sequence - any changes made to the EI project will appear and stay alive until you render.

  But - your original nested sequence should always be in your project as a sequence Panel if you want to swap back.

  2 opacity keyframes are expected to met in Ae as keyframes in the opacity

  3 multicam Pares. It seems that the clips are not cut on

  4.  AE is not reading in time real Pr how does.  You must set up the RAM previews or do a power of attorney to return.

  5 rendering in After Effects is a different operation than the rendering of the PremierePro - and sometimes takes longer for the same duration of program.

  If you perform the COLOR CORRECTION, I would say that you could do everything through PremierePro, or even SpeedGrade.  After effects excels in Visual effects and focusing on difficult areas of an image (rotoscoping, etc.), but the color of ranking of the overall total program run time (or even shorter clips) are more effectively managed in other applications.
