You may also submit a report to this body that works to make a business to behave better towards the consumer (they censor if validated name).
There is a consumer protection agency in your State where you can report your experience.
It is a federal agency that is responsible for protecting the trade where you can also report your story.
Sorry that the forum does not allow me to be more direct, but they have rules in place to protect themselves - who himself says a lot about their sincerity to help customers with legitimate problems if this is the best I can offer.

I installed an SSD hard drive and the new memory on my desktop PC. Now Microsoft has blocked my copy of AUTHENTIC Windows 7 to activate, I fully understand the reason for it. My problem is the verification of the auto + telephone activation are not good for me because they just say the copy is blocked and there is no option to speak with any man any number of phone I try. I refuse to by yet an another company that never change software and intend to go as far away from everything that Microsoft partners as possible if I can't verify this copy.

I want to cancel my clues, but because I update my info a day before receiving this email, I believe that I renewed it without knowledge.
