I need to talk to someone from adobe now!

This is ridiculous, I tried to contact adobe for a week now, but no one ever comes to chat! I urgently need to talk to adobe right now that I've doubled my CC membership that prevents me from using software CC. I need help ASAP! I always get stuck the 3 in the queue for hours.

I've cancelled your original plan.  Please sign out of the application of office creative cloud and back again - this will associate your subscription with your Adobe ID
