  You can also follow article: error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application that will help you get this fixed number.

  The Photomerge has been moved from the 'Expert' view mode 'guided edits.

  No change in the Organizer, it is still in the Edit menu > Photomerge.

  No difference between the trial version and the full.

  If the update doesn't fix the problem
