1. How can I force the REVEL program to update the subscription?

If you subscribe, install the cc desktop application, if it is not already installed.
then check that your current account (and only the adobe, used in the next step id is good) by logging in here and check the status of your subscription, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

If you have Acrobat Pro, you can record directly to Word from Acrobat format by choosing File > save as other > Microsoft Word > Word Document.
(Looks like you can try to use the online service ExportPDF, which is separated from Acrobat and not necessary in your case.)

The trial version is free to use for 30 days. You don't have to pay to use the trial software.
Once 30 days have been completed, you will get a prompt for the purchase of the subscription.
I checked your account details and found that you have purchased a subscription billed monthly, annual Acrobat cc.
