Seriously. I just bought photography CC Plan, which includes the CC with Lightroom. I get the message that it cannot download the software as OS 10.7.5/Lion is no longer supported. Download an older version? I used to have it on iMac under Snow Leopard, but that computer died... Help! I need PS and can't afford to buy a newer computer right now!
You can use your desktop cc app to install cs versions.

I see you have creative cloud membership that does not need a serial number.

I did the test with Acrobat Writer 2-3 before then I decide to buy. Once I check on my account. Have no product for me and on my PC have the version trial of the writer and Formscentral. It seems like my account not updated.

We bought some clouds for teams, but applications are still in trial mode. We have the license confirmation.
What must we do to?
Welcome to the Adobe community.
With Creative CLoud for teams, you must invite users to be part of the team to actually have access to all the products, if the invitations are not sent, then they will use the product as a trial only.
If you are the Admin program, I ask you kindly, connect to the Console of administration at creative.adobe.com and prompts the user who needs to use the subscription.

YOU can install and activate on 2 computers, but two activations cannot be used at the same time
If you give your sister your credential, you can not both use your subscription at the same time
