  Check your Adobe account online.  If you have registered the software version should be shown there.

  Never share your serial number publicly... anyone can use it.

  I got Adobe Creative cloud of the College I attend, and after a few months, he has stopped opening.  Based on what I read online I uninstalled and tried to reinstall it.  However, due to my activation code already used it did not allow me to reinstall.  I keep a return to the top of my laptop using time machine and tried to download it from there but that doesn't seem to work.  The certificate is good for one year and apparently I can't get a new certificate until my year is up.

  Y at - it suggestions or ideas on what I can do?  I have proof that it was not a year yet.

During the installation of FMS, I entered the 1 935 100 instead of 1935,80 normal port numbers as I have wamp in my port 80 by default, but when I try to call the url localhost, both of the port (http://localhost:100 & http://localhost:1935) do not work.   you try to connect to port 1935 and 100 on http port, you must connect to them via rtmp... .abolish port 100 fms.ini because flash player don't know how to connect rtmp over http using anyway. I personelly not have 1935 located in a development environment, because I have a webserver on the same machine runnning. Can I serv connected .swf apps over the net without a problem, that you only need to set port 80, when the user specifically blocks port 1935 with a firewall (rarely the case). so, since you are not in a production environment omit the port 80 and 100 of the fms.ini and connect through the rtmp Protocol, and everything will be ok.

  -Remove the opm.db from the following location:

  Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

  Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

  -Restart your machine

  -Download the installation program Adobe creative cloud since the help document: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

  -Install and connect you with your new code of Adobe.

  What happens when you try?  Make sure you drag the icon image and not the text of the name.

  If it still doesn't work there are some registry changes that can try to alleviate the problem.  But because the changes to the registry are tedious and dangerous, I recommend to leave the system to repair it for you.  Here's how:
  1. Type of restore in the search box of the start menu to find and open to restore system files and settings from a restore point.
  2. Click Next, choose a date before the problem started, then click Next once more.

  • This process only takes around 2 minutes and only restores your system files/settings: it will not affect any of your files, documents, photos, emails, or anything else.
  If the system restore does not resolve the problem try this to replace missing or corrupted system files.  Here's how:
  1. Type cmd into the start menu search box, and then press Ctrl-Shift-Enter to launch as administrator.
  2. At the command prompt to start the File System Check, type sfc/scannow .
