I got creative cloud of my college but his does not work.

I got Adobe Creative cloud of the College I attend, and after a few months, he has stopped opening.  Based on what I read online I uninstalled and tried to reinstall it.  However, due to my activation code already used it did not allow me to reinstall.  I keep a return to the top of my laptop using time machine and tried to download it from there but that doesn't seem to work.  The certificate is good for one year and apparently I can't get a new certificate until my year is up.

Y at - it suggestions or ideas on what I can do?  I have proof that it was not a year yet.

First of all, Mac Migration and Time Machine NOT WORK with activations program Adobe because of hidden files that aren't included when Migration or Time Machine make their copies

Some general information for a subscription of cloud... you, sign in to your account to cloud paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work
