I purchased version of Lightroom (version 6.5).  There seems to be no Haze filter on this version, but it's on the CC version.  What is the situation?

The number I entered is correct - I checked against the original package and on the products of my adobe account page, and I get the error message even if I try to enter the serial number of the version of lightroom 3 I had before. The only thing I can think is that the lightroom 4A was purchased from an old computer, but it has migrated successfully to my current imac, as surely, it should work.

  Problem is resolved now - it's due to my misunderstanding of what was required, and enter the serial number of the previous version (as an upgrade) instead of the serial number of the version I had to buy). My apologies for my mistake and thank you for your time.

  You can simply enter the serial number purchased in the trial version to convert it to a licensed version.
