I received error codes

IM tryingh to install the update for the microsoft .net framework 1.1 service pack 1 and I still get the following error codes 0, 652 x 643 x, 0x66a and 0x8050800c

Try the methods and check them off below. I suggest you to create a restore point before you try the following methods to be on the safer side.

Method 1: Use the automatic cleaning of the .NET Framework

Method 2: Manually remove and reinstall .NET Framework

To remove and reinstall .NET Framework manually, follow these steps:

1. remove the .NET Framework.

a. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
b. double-click Add or remove programs.
c. Note each version of the .NET Framework is already installed on the computer. Then, uninstall all versions of the .NET Framework.
d. When you are prompted, restart the computer.

Note: You can also remove .net framework is installed from Control Panel > programs > programs and features > turn on or off windows features.

2. use the Windows Installer CleanUp utility to clean up the State of MSI database for all versions of the .NET Framework.

a. install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility as an administrator or a user account that is a member of the local Administrators group.
b. Click Start, point to all programs and then click Windows Installer Cleanup.
(c) in the Windows Installer CleanUp utility, remove all Windows Installer for the .NET Framework applications.
3. restart the computer.
4. download and reinstall all the versions of the .NET Framework that were previously installed on the computer.
