I removed Photoshop Elements 9 and 10 of my laptop. It has also removed some parts of my version 12. I'm not able to re - install verion 12. The keeps installation program to uninstall version 12

I was cleaning up the programs on my hard drive and suppression of Photoshop Elements 9 and 10. I used Revo Uninstaller Pro to remove any left over files and registry entries. Revo also removed from parts of my version 12. I have re downloaded the demo version again, as I have already serial number. When I run the installation of the files program my only choice is to remove the 12 version and I'm unable to install
