I replaced my motherboard and now my pc won't start

I have successfully built many PCs.  Now, I'm stumped.  I installed everything correctly (as I did many times before), but this time I can't boot the OS cd.  It is all ready to go.  I checked evreything.  I turn on... and nothing.  I have check everything new (I did this several times) I hit a brick wall.   I can usually understand these things, but this time I can't.  Any help will be greatly appreciated. Is my addy * address email is removed from the privacy *.  Thank you very much.

If it starts after the POST screen to start loading Windows? If this is not the case, this is definitely a hardware problem and not a software problem. You'd probably find better help in a forum dedicated to the material (Anandtech, HardForum, etc.).

You could try to clear your CMOS and see if that helps. Otherwise, start with the bare minimum of RAM, video card and no other add on cards. See if that helps.
