I tried to renew my annual subscription... but it didn't work!

I tried to renew my annual subscription, but it shows as expired, when I look at the history of the transactions, it shows that I renewed 3 times, but in the plan shows Manager has expired, any help? Thank you

You can try to place a new order of pricing and membership creative cloud plans | Adobe Creative Cloud and see if you are able to place a new order.
