I try to burn a DVD using Realplayer 16 and get an error of missing mp4filelibu.dll.

My OS is Windows 7 Pro. I uninstalled and reinstalled Realplayer twice but no change. I don't see mp4filelibu.dll in Windows\System 32. What should I do?

You can use the built-in software to burn your DVD?  If this isn't the case, you will need to find an equivalent mp4filelibu.dll.  It's probably a little more secure if you can get a copy of an identical operating system (own), rather than Internet download.

You can try to register the .dll file if you have a copy on your computer.  Do this from a command prompt using this command.

regsvr32 mp4filelibu.dll

Have you tried right clicking on the shortcut to the RealPlayer program, or the .exe and select "Run As Administrator"?  Perform, even if your user name is an administrator.

Try right-clicking on the real RealPlayer Setup.exe and choosing the option "Run As Administrator"?  Perform, even if your user name is an administrator.
