I try to cancel my account, but round just go in circles

I live in the United Kingdom, bought the CC to the United Kingdom and logged when I try this!

I followed the instructions on the screen to delete my account but getting sent back to the starting point after completing all about eight screens. It's driving me crazy.

Dare I say, Adobe doesn't want to lose me as a customer, but this is ridiculous. I would appreciate help to cancel my account.

Your instructions just to create the loop that I meet.

I have now managed to cancel, by calling using the number in the United Kingdom.
