I uninstalled Firefox and now you want to reinstall, but my computer says that it is already 100% downloaded.

I couldn't use Firefox because it wouldn't load websites (it would just load for several minutes before giving up). I have reset and the problem persisted. As a last resort, I uninstalled Firefox to see if then put it back would solve the problem. Try reinstalling Firefox, after clicking on "Run", my computer says that Firefox is 100% downloaded, despite the fact that it has been uninstalled and is no longer on my computer. As a result, it is now impossible for me to launch Firefox. Any help?

On the main download page, you get a small "stub" for Firefox installer that needs to connect to additional files. Firewalls or other components can sometimes this fails (even if 100% doesn't look like a failure...).

Can you try to use a "full" Installer from this page - made scroll your preferred language:
