  • AMD Radeon 7570-devices is not compatible with Windows 10 - you're going to have problems with your screen

Microsoft will come out with Windows 10, as an upgrade of the free operating system next month, July 29, 2015. They came out with an app, 'Get Windows 10', which is intended to help the operating system upgrade process. In this app, it checks for compatibility issues that may exist between your computer and their new Windows 10.  I get results for two of compatibility issues when I run this app. The one that concerns me, it is with the video card that came with my computer, AMD Radeon HD 7570.

The app tells me: "these devices are not completely compatible with Windows 10" and he adds "you will encounter problems with your screen."

Is there any driver updates that resolve this problem?

The driver, I installed on my pc is Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. version 8.960.11.2000

Windows says that the driver is up-to-date.

If no driver is available to correct this problem will be I need to replace the video card in my computer and if so with what?

I currently use two screens, a LG 22EA53 (analog) and an Acer S230HL without any problems with Windows 7, Home Premium, Service Pack 1.

    Malygris1,

Well, son of a gun... looks that microsoft has made changes in their updates.

Now when you run the "'get 10 app Windows, check your PC ' it reads in devices..." "0 problems found."

Looks like Microsoft do with last-minute changes, as you indicated, and others have mentioned about being patient on this matter, that they may (?) have addressed this problem.  Probably won't suddenly course up until the update is done.

Guess for now, I have to score this as accept as a Solution.

  • Update AMD Radeon 6770 13.1 m

Hello, I'm sorry if this question is cliché, but I need the most up-to-date driver AMD Radeon 6770 m (I'm sure that most recent is 13.3) for my HP Pavilion dv7t - b 6, 00 CTO. I, like some of the other applicants, have this problem when I try to update my graphics driver from AMD, he argues that my card is incompatible and get my drivers at HP, who are overwhelmed by the years. Now, my driver is stable enough, but still crashes randomly during common tasks such as watching videos, etc.

If it is not too complicated, I would greatly appreciate it if someone were to help him find my computer the driver proper.  Again, I am unable to use the AMD drivers from their site, and I can also use out-of-date drivers of HP.

    Thank you!

You have a few options, but you must know a few things. You need to install .net Framework 4 before installation of the AMD Mobility drivers current after carefully read:

http://Forum.NotebookReview.com/HP-drivers-software-Forum/556469-drivers-HP-DV6-4xxx-DV6-6xxx-dv7-5xxx-dv7-6xxx-envy-14-2xxx-envy-17-2xxx-Intel.html basically gives you the said link of 12.10 AMD mobility driver and you install it on top of HP driver.

In any case before that you nothing creates a point of restoration if something is wrong. Things that you may experience with this pilot is dynamic switchable graphics may not work, but if you're like me propably you fixed mode from BIOS, fixed mode it works well.

If you want to try AMD Mobility 13.1 also install .net Framework 4 pre-installed http://www2.ati.com/DriverS/mobile/13-1_mobility_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe the installation procedure is the same as above.

Things you can meet except the problematic dynamic mode is the question of the brightness. (You cannot adjust the brightness of the screen - the workaround is enable and disable card amd since the Device Manager or switch to Intel graphics card, then again to AMD.)

And finally you can try leshcat, but the procedure is more complicated and they are third-party drivers, but if you want to try here:http://leshcatlabs.net/

The current official driver is 13.1, 13.3 is beta in order to better stay away from beta versions.

    Hello:

I don't know how experienced you are with regard to the search for W7 drivers for your laptop.

It is quite easy if you know where to look.

You must first install the amd chipset driver and restart. The first file listed.

    http://support.AMD.com/us/gpudownload/Windows/pages/raid_windows.aspx#2

Then, all the W7 x 64 drivers of this Associates model should also work on your.

If you have installed this driver and Device Manager reports

    AMD Radeon HD 7600M series

Card Dual AMD Radeon HD graphics 7600 + 7600 M

So it is what it is.  The video does not work correctly.

DO NOT USE THE BIOS FILES

  • Windows 8 crashes when running 'find the hardware changes' in the Device Manager, requiring forced stop

I just installed Windows 8 Pro on a system that were running Windows 7 without problem.  After completing a clean Windows 8 Pro Setup program, I went from hollow driver installation, but found the package to install for my card its caused Windows 8 Pro drivers to lock up and become completely numb.  I had to force a shutdown by pressing the button for 4 seconds.

Trying to solve the problem, I found that manually install the drivers through the device manager didn't cause any problems.  In addition, installation of the drivers available through Windows Update also worked without problem. However, these two methods fail to install parts of the pilot training included him.  Then I have to uninstall the device from the package of drivers again.  I uninstalled the sound card via Device Manager and selected "Delete the driver for this device."  When I followed this with a "Scan for hardware changes" again the list my sound card, I have found that Windows 8 Hung again.

After trying other options with no resolution, I tried to reinstall fresh Windows 8.   To exclude a possible problem with Windows 8, I opened Device Manager, as soon as I could after installing Windows and ran "find the hardware changes.  New Windows 8 freezes.  I can't place blame on post installation any software or driver.  This seems to be a problem with Windows 8 itself.

A final note, sometimes "find the hardware changes" will actually work, but most often it forces the system to hang.

Does anyone else have this problem?  Can anyone provide assistance? (chart below for comparison)

    Processor: Core i7 3770 k

    Motherboard: MSI Z77A-GD80

    RAM: 16 GB

    Video: GeForce GTX 680

    Audio: Creative Sound Blaster Recon3D

HARD drive: 1 x Corsair Force SSD 3

    RAID: 3 x 1 TB RAID 5

It seems that I am victim of dynamic ticks.  Research on my question, I have found several discussions around the ' net for crashes/freezes random in Windows 8, but none of them appeared to agree to my problem.  However, they all had the same solutions.

Run the following command in a command prompt to disable the dynamic ticks.

    bcdedit/set disabledynamictick Yes

I thought that I have that would give a shot, and it worked.  I wrote this answer, I also found that there is a recent update of the BIOS for my motherboard which indicates "Support Windows8 feature."  With the new BIOS applied, I was able to turn dynamic ticks and have been broadcast since w/o freezes.  I also managed to install all my drivers.  Anyone else having this problem maybe try updating the motherboard BIOS, otherwise try the above command.

    Hello

    Please contact Microsoft Community.

The main reason for this is that they at least have a device that is not working properly. We get generally 18 error code if there is a problem with the device driver, which is most of the time fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers.

    For reference:

Error codes in the Device Manager in Windows
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310123/en-us

Try right click on the unknown device and scan for changes on the hardware and check if this changes. Unknown devices you see is basically not plug-and-play devices. The list under the unknown is not plug-and-play device.

You can read the following article and check if it helps:

Updated a hardware driver that is not working properly

I hope this helps. Please let us know the results. Feel free to write us again for any help.

  • AMD Radeon HD: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

In my device manager, in graphics cards, for my AMD Radeon 7500,7600 M graphics card in the series, the properties display the following error message:
"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) »

I uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them - it's the 12.104.0.0 version, which I have confirmed is the last. I have the Catalyst Control Center installed as well.

Can someone help me understand this error? Why would he stop? What would be my next steps to try to solve it?

    See you soon,.

Hi thanks for trying, but the Dell drivers are those which deal with the problem of restart.

I find the most recent driver Intel HD 4000 (Win64_15313_intel) and installed version, then I installed the latest drivers AMD (13-4_mobility_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql_AMD) on the site of AMD. This solved my problems and my graphics card works fine now.

So yes, just repeat those it tells me to install when I get my serial number and OS (Windows 7) were:

    Intel: 5423_Video_Driver_T6XGJ_WN_8.15.10.2669_A02

    AMD: 5423_Video_Driver_VGR24_WN_8.951.9.0_A02

And these caused problems without end - the graphics card would not work, and then when I installed drivers from AMD, Dell, it would cause my system to reboot every 2 or 3 minutes. It looked like some kind of incompatibility between the two graphics cards and the drivers provided.

The other representative of Dell told me the same thing that you - so I wanted to post my solution in case anyone else has this problem.
