First Pro CS5.5.2 will not install after the replacement of the motherboard?
First Pro CS5.5.2 will not install after replacing mothboard. It was running properly for 4 weeks before changing due to problems connecting AC and wireless connectivity.
Adobe, case No. 183519673, Adobe engineers (Asia/Pacific) have worked on this issue for more than 3 hours with no result after uninstalling and reinstalling.
Ideas for resolving the issue wou; LD appreciated.

First try you out and back creative cloud: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application
If this does not help, you can go on Adobe.com and connection, select Manage my account, then pick plans and products.
You should be able to see the plan, that you subscribe to here if the order/payment form is completed.
Please note that it may take 2-3 days to process an order, excluding weekends, so this does not yet appear, continue to use the trial until the payment goes through.

When you open a new session and after a decline in all the video files in the content area (the sound and the video is very good). After choosing a selection of clip, the first clip that I post on the time line is equipped with sound. then the next clip, I chose (not dose issue)

Update does not apply first pro
Yes, I'm a little late but I'm trying to update first Pro 5 to 5.5.2 because the eyedropper does not work. I downloaded the 5.0.1 and 5.0.2 to 5.0.3 update - no problem. Adobe download page and then passes the 5.0.4 for Electronic downloads (which I did) and then is 5.5.1. But when it tries to download 5.5.1 I get an error message saying that the update is not applicable. So I'm stuck.
Using iMac 2009
OS - 10.7.5
Any help would be appreciated.

As I remember, version 5.5 was a PAID upgrade, not a free update to version 5.0
As 5.5 is no longer sold, there is no way to upgrade

When I have images of 60 p and I need to burn a dvd, I have to convert 60 p 30i. In the menu, export, I put the settings and the results aren't good at all! When I play the new file mpeg2dvd interlaced frames are like the echo... What should I do? What is wrong in the settings?

In the field Options (CS4) has "Interlace consecutive Frames.
Happened to CC because it's happening now "under the hood". I was very happy when this option has been removed, so the 50 p to 25i images, always comes out great.
Which "check"Interpolation", untick 'Use previews', do not export to 25 p If you want a fluid motion in the exported images."
When you say "...". interlaced frames are like the echo... ", what do you mean? Do you mean the video seems always wrong or sometimes the images are repeated and so the images seems wrong sometimes? Import the exported in first Pro CC images and place it on a corresponding timeline and use the arrow keys to move forward, frame by frame. Do you see repeated images? It is a bug in CS5 that causes repeated executives sometimes during the passage of 50 p to 25i or 60 p to 30i. That the issue should be fixed in 7.0.1 then make sure to update if you use 7.0.0. (Help > updates)

First Pro CC cs6 import only audio and no video
Recently I visited an AE CS6 file, but when I try to import in first pro only allows me to add to the timeline as audio, although I can see the full video (sound and Visual) perfectly in the project folder. The rendering of the ae file is a MPEG-4 h.264, AAC Codecs. Is the problem with AAC or a bug? I tried to open the sequence after the first early, but that did not help. He plays very well in a video outside the first.

Today morning I was working on my project with the first pro trial version. Just an hour ago, I installed the paid version and I tried to open my project he showed a box saying "the project was recorded on a newer version of adobe premiere pro and cannot be opened in version.

I tried a lot of troubleshooting for the last day and can't get to the bottom of why this is happening. I posted a photo of what my screen looks like currently. Hoping someone here might be able to help!
I am using first Pro CC 2015.0.2.
Specifications of the PC:
Interl Core i7-3770 @ 3.4 GHz
8 GB RAM
GPU is possibly a Quadro 600 (our Department it lock the PC to the point that I can't look to the top of the record)

As you can see that whatever it is in the media browser crashes just like treatment, even simple images I tried to import media, a quick 7 second .avi (MPEG4) video clip - it plays fine in vlc and other media players - and originally there was this orange with 'Media Meanwhile' manky window in several languages now I have a blank gray window much more refreshing. It's been sitting like this now since 09:00.
Any ideas of how I can begin to tackle this problem?
My Department will be anywhere from one week to four weeks until they actually move to me, so please have patience for my answers!

I'm trying to capture hdv on adobe first cs6 6.0.5 out of a sony fx1 via firewire.
CS6 recognizes the camera, and I can see the movie paused on the screen.
as soon as i press play, cs6 closes unexpectedly.
iMovie captures on the same device with no problems whatsoever.
I have if it were a video card problem, so I took the computer to Apple.
I was told that my 1 TB hard drive had to be replaced and upgraded memory 16.
This has happened 3 days ago.
the problem of capture is always the same.
I just edited a project in 2 minutes on the program quit unexpectedly after export and the cs6.
a message pops up saying the project could not be saved, and on the cs6 opening again, he has asked if I want to open the project.
