Problems of updating Mac os to first Pro 9.0.2 (cc2015)
Hi guys,.
I'm trying day first Cc 2015 version 9.0.2.
, but I am constantly getting error U44M1P7. The problemis with the first only, as I have updated all other applications...
If anyone can help?

Update does not apply first pro
Yes, I'm a little late but I'm trying to update first Pro 5 to 5.5.2 because the eyedropper does not work. I downloaded the 5.0.1 and 5.0.2 to 5.0.3 update - no problem. Adobe download page and then passes the 5.0.4 for Electronic downloads (which I did) and then is 5.5.1. But when it tries to download 5.5.1 I get an error message saying that the update is not applicable. So I'm stuck.

As I remember, version 5.5 was a PAID upgrade, not a free update to version 5.0
As 5.5 is no longer sold, there is no way to upgrade

Problems after updating the BIOS on Satellite Pro P200
I recently buy a Satellite Pro P200 running Windows Vista Business. Yesterday, I updated the BIOS to the version 1.50 supplied with the machine to 1.80 available on the Toshiba site. I double checked that I was using BIOS correct update for the Pro P200 Satellitel running Vista.
After updating the BIOS, I have now two problems:
1. whenever I start and join the office, I get an error message "record of Vista has stopped working". This problem has been identified as toshibavistaregistration.exe here: [link: http://forums.computers.toshiba-europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?messageID=99805]
2 Control Panel > system now shows the processor and the memory (RAM) as "not available". Execution of the diagnostic PC Toshoba tool and looking at basic information show also no information on the memory (RAM) Although the processor information here. There may be pieces others missing too under the eyes of list shorter than before the update of the BIOS.
Basically, I want to get everything working again as it should, but cannot find any information on these issues.
After further review, it appears that the update of the BIOS is not the cause of the problems.
Immediately after updating the BIOS, I had a major system crash. It turns out that this is what has caused problems.
After a system restore to a point before the update of the BIOS and the major system crash, now everything is working again with BIOS version 1.8 in place.

Adobe first Pro CS5 for Mac-installation problem
I recently bought Adobe first Pro CS5 one upgrade (for Mac) and after I entered the serial number during installation it asks me a serial number of an eligible product, three announcements: first items 4, 7 or 8. I only have first Elements 9. I'd be happy to buy the above products except several sources suggest that PE8 was never produced for Mac. Any ideas of what I can do?

Problem with the help of Adobe Premiere Pro *.prproj files between PC and MAC?
Hi, I have finally got myself a MAC with a grunt to replace my PC and installed first Pro CC of the cloud on the Mac.
I copied the files on my PC, but when I try to open the first Pro CC (*.prproj files) I get the following error:
"This project has been saved in a newer version of Adobe Premiere Pro and cannot be opened in this version"
I don't understand, like the MAC and PC versions of first Pro CC have been downloaded from the cloud to Adobe.
Can anyone offer advice please?

There is no problem of incompatibility between Mac and PC files (files .prproj) project
In your case, it is not updated to the version of Premiere Pro that is installed on your Mac. If the creative application cloud shows first as update, try updates to help Premiere Pro > updates... Menu.
FYI: You should have first installed 2014.2 Pro BUILD 8.2.0 (65)

New Mac Pro / first Pro CC / open CL - known issue?
Hi all
I am using first Pro CC on a new Mac Pro because it was delivered in January. After some initial problems and the system hangs everything worked fine until the last update (build 33) but since then I've been meeting all sorts of questions.
PP is now constantly freezing and crashing not only the software itself, but the entire system requiring a reboot. Whenever I have to make I get all sorts of strange and wonderful flaws in the pictures and I had to turn off accel GPU by CL open just to get the system viable again.
So my question - are these known issues with build 33 or is something else going on?
Another foreign to CL question open (I think) is that XML import / export now seems to be bugged, the point of being unusable. Very very frustrating!

Mac: RemoteUpdateManager first Pro
This may be more appropriate posted on another forum, but since it is to get the update for Premiere Pro I write it here.
RemoteUpdateManager option is used to provide updates of Adobe products for a while; However, we are unable to update Adobe Premier Pro. Normally, we use Apple Remote Desktop, but also are not successful with Terminal Server. For example, following Adobe updates June 2016 that several applications were developed to day but Premiere Pro will not update to version 2015.3. Simply, we get all applications are up to date.
All applications have been installed via the exact same package and updates have worked in the past.
We tried the following all nothing is Terminal.
RemoteUpdateManager - action = install sudo
also tried
sudo RemoteUpdateManager - productVersions = body #10.3.0
Suggestions or someone knows why the update command is not picking up the first Pro update?
Thanks for the suggestion. I deleted the OPM.db by #2 suggestion in the KB. Made no difference. Out of curiosity, I installed the desktop application and it does not show the update as being available for the first, but still using the command RemoteUpdateManager, it does not install the update.
The problem is I have several Labs who need update, and we generally do not install the desktop app and try to avoid to have to update manually.
Discovered that if I create a new package with the updated version and install it, it installs it in addition to keep the old version.
What a waste.

Every time I started working on my latest project, my first pro starts to plant. I edited a video of the other day with no problems, but when I was working on a project on files that have been same native for Mac (.) MOV Quicktime files), the program kept crashing. I shoot a SL1 rebel with magic lantern installed, so I shoot with Raw Video, but this is the first time that I've ever known problems with the use of these types of files. I started creating the project off of an external hard drive and assumed that it was the problem (even if I had done this process before several times without any problems) and saved the project on my real computer. My version of OS X is 10.11.4 and I edit on a model of Macbook Air 13 inch 2014 with 4 GB of RAM, but as I've said many times: I have never had problems with the first like this before. I did at least 50 videos in the last 8 months no problem. That's why I wonder what goes wrong here. I should maybe just create a new project and start from scratch and see if it works, but it is still confusing me as to why he was constantly crashing like that. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
I opened one of the older versions of projects and it works fine so far and no crashes in the last 3 hours of editing. I'm assuming it was just a bug or the project was corrupted or something at some point.

Since an update of the FIRST PRO CC software which date this summer, playing my video files on my timeline is accelerated. As if the rushes had been accelerated by more than 50% at the Conference.
I have checked Quebec the settings of my project and my sequence were to the right format and speed good image but nothing helped. The problem is still persistent.
I tried to looked everywhere on the internet and on the forums, but nobody's really in my situation.
I then uninstalled reisinstalle software but it's always the same problem.
I said that I have also check if the 'accelerated reading' function was on key keyboard although tempered 'L' of LUNS and the of is not case.
My software is unusable for several months. I can't remember what to do...
Everything was working perfectly before this update yet...
Is that it may come from a problem of incompatibility of map graphic or of a problem with Mercury engine?
I also stated when I put on my timeline of the video files (either of some their codec format UO), the problem of reading represents each time. Revenge of en, when I placed a video file on my timeline and that I export it, playback of the file is at speed good image. And everything seems normal.

Problem with importing audio files .mts in first pro cc 2015 project
When I play the video in preview the audio plays but does not appear when his sliding in the schedule of the project. I had not updated for first pro 2015 and tried and still no audio is displayed.
