I use XP Professional and all of a sudden my 2 computers refuse to stop
I looked to see if all the processes are running, and there is nothing obvious.
One thing that could slow you down, it's that we know absolutely nothing about your system (s), except that they are professional XP.
Since the Microsoft Answers forum does not have any kind of information system request when a new question is asked, we know absolutely nothing about your system. Not knowing the basic information a problem prolongs the frustration and the agony of these issues.

SO we don't mingle here, why don't you just work on a system both (of your choice) and then do this:
Provide information on your system, the better you can:
What is your system brand and model?
Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..
The afflicted system has a working CD/DVD (internal or external) drive?
You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?
If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?
Now make some clarifications:
Click Start, run and enter in the box:
Msinfo32
Click OK, and when the system info summary appears, click on edit, select all (Ctrl-A), copy (Ctrl-C) and paste (Ctrl-V) the information back here.
For information about video drivers, expand components, click view, click on edit, select all, copy and then paste the information here.
There will be some personal information (such as the user name and the name of the system), and anything that turns information private for you, simply delete the pasted information.
This will minimize back Q & A and eliminate guesswork.
While you wait, I would do this:

What happens if you right-click on the photo and select "go to folder in the library.

Does not print to Deskjet 3930 flashing light and all of a sudden!
Hello, newbie here, the first time on this site (it's amazing how this small printer was!). Had this printer for years (please don't laugh it's how old). It was printing fine, never a problem with her all these years. Then all of a sudden, my son tried to print something and the printer turns on, sounds like it is printing from the beginning, but then just blink. I tried new ink cartridges, unplugging, resetting the print queue, downloading and installing software HP Print doctor. Nothing. One day we just fiddled with it by opening and closing top a whole bunch of times, turning on and outside (no real procedure) and voila, it started but then stopped at half way through. So we opened and closed in on the top and he finished print perfectly! Then he had no problems printing, but only if you keep printing immediately. The next day, we needed to print again and back to the same problem. It will not be printed, continues to add to the queue printing and the green light stops flashing. What could be? Please don't tell me to buy a new printer, I have new ink for this printer and I love how small and compact and simple to use. It of as if there's a thing with it now or something. Thank you.

Brand new Tablet convertible, upgraded to Windows 10 without a hitch. Was happy with its performance, but this morning I took it to work with me (I use it for work as well to the list of customers using a calendar) and only nothing when I hit the power button. I thought that it was not charged, so I took it home to get it on the charger... nothing. Dead. How a new Tablet may be already dead? I don't have the packaging as it was heavy, so I threw it. I really hope that I am not at a few hundred dollars on something that is not my fault.

It would be useful to know which model you have.
Sometimes a system can get stuck in the mode 'sleep', it can usually be fixed by a forced feeding cycle. Press in and hold the power 10-30 seconds, wait a little the turn on normally. Let us know if this is useful, and if not, we will try and dig deeper into the diagnosis. You should have a one year warranty if it was bought new, so no worries on that side.
