I've been a subscriber of clouds but my application currently exploited in judgment?
I'm a Subscriber since November 2013. Last April, I missed a payment because I was on vacation and didn't see my subscription until I came back. I have since paid and paid for the last two months but my cloud began to run on a 30 day trial. How can I fix it?
After checking other forums of discussion, finally found a solution. I got from the user "serial number for the Prime Minister". Here is his message to anyone who needs help:
After talking to adobe, they said to Maj g command in the finder.
Then type in / etc
Search for a DOCUMENT called hosts
You have some who also say guests ~ orig and so more, but you just need to mess with the document called hosts.
Just in CASE, this does not work for you, save the document somewhere else... NOT your desktop. Preferably an external hard drive.
OK so now delete the document hosts file etc.
Create a new TEXTEDIT document and paste this in:
# Host database # localhost is used to configure the loopback interface # when the system boots. Do not change this localhost255.255.255.255 # 127.0.0.1 entry broadcasthost::1.
Save the document as hosts, with a capitol letter.
Place the document in the folder/etc.
Then, it should all work!

The title says it all. There is a thread of Mac Os X users with the same problem. When signing with the Adobe Application Manager, I get only the possibility to enter a serial number.
I had a test before and uninstalled everything installation and run the Adobe CleanScript.
How to solve this problem?

Can I cancel my plan creative cloud but keep typekit?
Is it possible to cancel my plan creative cloud but maintain my current typekit account?
I had my plan Typekit since before Adobe bought, once I have signed up for Creative cloud plans have been combined.
I now no longer need my CC account, but I still need to keep my Typekit account in order to continue to support existing Web sites.
I can't find any info on this as a procedure or any obvious was to achieve through the CC interface.
Any help much appreciated.

We are happy to hear that you want to continue to use Typekit! It is possible to change your account to a standalone plan of Typekit portfolio, but takes assistance from our team of engineers right now.

I need to update on my creative cloud but my application manager does not open. I tried in the drop down menu and all I get is the spinning wheel, indicating it to load. When I try to my Doc nothing icon it bounces then nothing happens. I am unable to access and part of the CC in the menu dropdown. So far, all my apps work fine, but I would like to make the updates before they get glitch.

Please, try the following steps, assuming it is a MAC:
(1) open the activity monitor and Force leave Adobe CEF Helper creative cloud, Adobe CPI broker & Crash Deamon if they are available.
(2) try to open it, if does not work then go to Applications > Adobe Creative cloud > right click > Get Info > click the Add > select the user to which you are connected to > give read and write access.
(3) if it works then enable the root user and the launch to date, visit this link on how to activate/sign in to the user root activation and using the user 'root' in Mac OS X
Please let me know if it's Windows, I'll send you the steps already.

Installed updated creative cloud, but not a Subscriber
I own a license for Photoshop CS6 and I'm not a subscriber to the creative cloud, but moments there is an installed update the CC app on my computer and now I can't seem to find the Adobe Application Manager. If I don't have Photoshop CC why CC app has been installed? is it possible to uninstall?

The CS6 Adobe Application Manager has been replaced by a similar application called Adobe Creative cloud. He manages all updates for my CS6.

Hello all, can anyone answer it please my request: I'm looking to subscribe to creative cloud, but also pc work at home and in a studio where I rent space. I have therefore 2 pc. When I subscribe, can I download/install on 2 PCs, or just one? Thanks for any advice you can give. Best wishes, Dominic
a single-user license is for one person and not be shared between 2 people. In addition, this user cannot use a computer at a given time.

Ive been using Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop for a while now with creative cloud, but since I've updated the 2015 After effects version, it is said that it is a trail version? But when I go on the creative menu cloud and look at apps it just said up to date, any ideas on this?

When I login on adobe.com, it says I have a valid subscription. However, Creative said cloud I only versions available test and when I try to license it says I do not have a valid subscription under the same email that I log in.

Adobe trial and purchased applications are same, if you are showing that the trial has expired it would be a mistake to solve this, you can check the link below:
( Make sure you use the same Adobe ID / Email ID that you used to purchase the subscription )
