I've updated 2015 CC and afterwards, I had to send in my macbook pro for warranty repair.  I swapped my drive to an another macbook pro and that's when I get the EVALUATION VERSION.

I went to sign in/out and he showed not the TRIAL version for a bit, then, as soon as it went to trial.

Please ensure that you use for signing in Adobe Id OK.
