Instalation Acrobat Pro XI month subscription problems, redirects to the evaluation version (which was before uninstaled)

I have a problem with the installation of the Adobe Pro XI on my computer. I subscribed via cloud.adobe.com to a subscription to the month and paid Friday, July 18.
A few months ago, I installed a trial version of Pro XI, which I uninstalled it before running the .exe of cloud.adobe.com. After the executable .exe 100% works, I try to access the app and I'm literally redirected to the Trial version window, which I was informed that, of course, expired a few months ago.
I can't understand how to install the app, I don't have a serial number in my account, which may be a month - to-subscription month.
I tried to contact by phone, according to the order confirmation email, but the phone number is not functional.
Can you please advise on this problem with the installation of the subscription of the month at Adobe Pro XI I meet?

We have a problem with a freshly installed with CC 2014 and Acrobat Pro DC - Mac whenever we click on the output preview tool, Acrobat Pro DC instantly crashes. It occurs without worrying that press ready PDF we open. I tried to delete the folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe, but without success. the App said CC DC Pro Acrobat is installed, but the uninstall option is grayed out (I thought back to Acrobat Pro XI, but I can't do it yet). We use a local server to send updates of Adobe software, which could be the reason. Ideas accepted with gratitude as to how we can get insight into the output works again!
Known issue for PDF files that have an output RGB mode.
Version update of the software that will be released next month with the fix.

Impossible to install Acrobat Pro
A few months ago, I am the creator of Cloud 1 month free trial, and I downloaded a bunch of applications: Acrobat Pro, ID, PS, Dw.
This morning, I bought the 1 year subscription, but when I try to launch Acrobat Pro, it says that my membersip of the cloud trial has expired. So I uninstalled it, but Adobe Application Manager has always said that it is "installed". And he gave me the same message for other applications as well: "Installed", but I could not run without getting this error.
So, I unsintalled ID from my computer and re-installed in the App Manager. Then I was able to run and I can use it, no problem; I can also use Dw and Psalm but for Acrobat X Pro, it is said that it is "installed", so I can't download it (or use it as I uninstalled it).
I restarted my computer, but to no avail.
I'm on a Mac, OS 10.6.8.

The target of the navigation/Applications/Utilities/Adobe installers.
And in the "Adobe Installers" folder the Acrobat X Pro is still listed. I double clicked it and it uninstalled again, and now it is correctly listed in the "uninstalled" App Manager

It is a known issue with Acrobat XI
Issue: Mac OS only. The launch, a blank screen of the EULA is displayed, that cannot be accepted and Acrobat does not run. This problem can appear if you have any of the installed products of CCM or Creative Suite and you tried to install Acrobat XI from a different source.
Solution: Launch any other product which is part of the CCM or Creative suite. Then, turn it off by choosing Help > deactivate. Quit the application. Then start Acrobat and accept the EULA. Then, for CCM subscription product, launch it and choose the license of this software to reactivate the product of the CCM. If a CS app, launch it and turn it back on.

Go to Applications-> Utilities-> Adobe Installers-> Adobe Acrobat X-> remove Acrobat X using the application uninstaller.
Relaunch Acrobat XI and try to accept the EULA.

You can't go to acrobat 9 pro. Upgrade to acrobat DC is only available from acrobat X and XI of acrobat.
