• 8.1 cannot update or install apps from the App Store

  I installed my Windows 7 to 8.0, do a clean install (better update my laptop as well thought). Everything went smoothly, I've got desktop and standard applications. However, I am not able to install all the apps from the App Store. Whenever I click on install just stuck on "pending" and download/install doesn't move at all.
