Do I have to remove the two current PC to move one to a laptop of my creative cloud?
I'm moving from a PC to a laptop at work. I have a license of creative cloud which is saved on my PC and another PC in the office. I want to spend my creative cloud of PC to the laptop. According to adobe, I have to uninstall BOTH computers in order to add the laptop, and then add the 2nd PC? is this really the case, or am I just get confused? Thank you

I found that I have 2 accounts of creative cloud that I need to consolidate. I would like to cancel the redundant account and any duplicate paid apps. How can I do this?
If you have purchased several perpetual licenses under different email ID then:
(A) if they are produced at retail (products are approved in adobe.com).
It can be done by a transfer of license.
(B) if they are volume license (the products are stored in licensing.adobe.com)
It can be done in 1. transfer of license, ID 2.Merge (if they are under the same name org., physical region, etc.).
If you have subscriptions can:
Subscriptions based on Email ID, they cannot be merged.

I just purchased Lightroom and have enabled it on my PC and laptop up to my two licenses (main / backup). With most of the software licenses, I am familiar with you can legally free a license by uninstalling it. Then you can freely install on the next/new PC. Lightroom is similarly or is there a process that I need to spend?
No, Lightroom is not run like that. It is strictly installed or uninstalled on the honor system. There is no activation or deactivation involved process.

I had a subscription to indesign and photoshop (all paid in advance). I tried then to illustrator, so I upgraded my account to a creative cloud membership. I went to manage my account and change my plan plan of indesign, then I went and rekindle my plan in terms of photoshop. Then I go into my account, and I see 2 subscriptions to a creative cloud membership. I don't want to pay twice for the same thing, so I went and cancelled one of them. He tell me something, any refund or anything? Should I always have a membership to the creative cloud?
I need help to move forward with this. I just wanted my 2 unique app prepaid for a monthly fee of 49.99 creative cloud...

You bought two unique app CC for the team, is asked for the number you need to log on to the Adobe account, then go to the administration console. You must send to send you invites to you & assign seats, then you will be able to work.
