Upgraded two unique membership creative cloud apps

I had a subscription to indesign and photoshop (all paid in advance). I tried then to illustrator, so I upgraded my account to a creative cloud membership. I went to manage my account and change my plan plan of indesign, then I went and rekindle my plan in terms of photoshop. Then I go into my account, and I see 2 subscriptions to a creative cloud membership. I don't want to pay twice for the same thing, so I went and cancelled one of them. He tell me something, any refund or anything? Should I always have a membership to the creative cloud?
I need help to move forward with this. I just wanted my 2 unique app prepaid for a monthly fee of 49.99 creative cloud...

Creative cloud app installs but will not charge. Even tried to upgrade to windows 10.
I had this problem for a few days. The creative cloud app shows just a blue circle perpetual rotation without result.

I have a subscription of CC photo by using photoshop and lightroom. I own Acrobat Pro XI. My desktop creative cloud app keeps saying to update Acrobat DC? I am not a subscriber to the DC?

I would like to inform you that you're not subscribe to the Acrobat DC as is the latest version of the Acrobat program & as you XI Acrobat Pro & Cloud membership for photoshop & lightroom, you keep getting the message to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC (latest version). If you have Acrobat Pro XI subscription, then you can also install the latest version that is Acrobat Pro DC.
If you XI Acrobat pro as serialized product then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as improved version.

If the links above do not help, please follow the steps below:
- Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
- Disable the firewall of your machine, see Windows Firewall enable or disable - Windows help , OS x: about the application firewall - Apple Support
- Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet.
- After this sign off cloud creative app connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
- Go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" changes it to ANYWHERE (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your password on the computer, they are temporary changes)
1 force quit Adobe all activity monitor processes / end of task manager of the tasks in the same order as mentioned below:
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2-go to: Finder > Applications > utilities > Adobe installer > uninstall Adobe Creative cloud (if problems uninstall Trash)
3-go to: Finder > Applications > utilities > (delete these two folders - creative cloud Adobe and Adobe Application Manager )
4. then run the cleanup tool to remove the clouds creative and Adobe Application Manager (if it remains in the machine)
5 right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go-To' of the folder.
6. you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")
~/Library (It will open the folder of the user's library.)
7. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash folder OOBE and AAM Updater folder so
8. new > right click on the Finder icon and select 'Go-' the folder option > you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.
/ library (It will open the library system folder.)
9. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > OOBE trash, Manager of Adobe applications and Adobe common Office .
10. after that, rename the SL-STORE like SL-STORE_OLD
Adobe 11 - run cleaning tool > if present select "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6 ' and then click on"Clean up selected. " Use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

Upgrade of photography for creative cloud FULL package

Absolutely, you can upgrade to the comprehensive plan for Adobe CC.
But before the upgrade, you must cancel the current membership of the photograph.

I downloaded the trial version of the creative cloud. It works fine for a week or two, but now the app has a red triangle and is empty when I open it. Should I uninstall and reinstall or who will create more problems with it being on a trial period?

Yesterday, I installed Photoshop CC (2014) through the creative cloud app. Now, when in Lightroom when I go to "Edit in" and select Photoshop CC (2014) and click on "edit copy with Lightroom adjustments", it opens Photoshop CC (2014) but my picture does not appear? My picture is displayed when I click on "copy edit" or "edit original".
How can I fix this so that I can open a photo in Lightroom WITH Lightroom adjustments? Thank you!
My problem has been resolved by Adobe engineers. It seems that automatic resettlement carried out by sets of upgrade to win 10 everything to "run as Administrator". The simple solution, they told me was to disable this limitation and now everything works as it should.

Creative cloud apps does not appear...
Creative cloud apps is TOTALLY NO MONTRANT at ALL, he has only the HOME COMMUNITY, ASSETS,
and I tried to do things other people have done (gosh, a lot of people have this problem and Adobe SERIOUSLY needs to find a way to solve this problem)
I went to administrator/Appdata/Local/Adobe and I can find the files: (AAMUpdater), (Acrobat), (CameraRaw), (color), (InDesign), (Lightroom) and (OOBE).
First I tried to change the OPM.db to OPM.db.old, and nothing happened.
I wanted to change from false to true in the xml file in the Configs folder, but I couldn't find any Configs folder in OOBE folder.
What should I do? I spend so many hours on this problem and I can't totally NOTHING!
Please give me a solution T_T
BTW, I use Windows 10
I had a similar problem on my Mac right after that the app Creatvice cloud, automatically updated itself. I solved the problem by uninstalling the application using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool. Then I downloaded a new installer and reinstalled the creative application of cloud. It works perfectly now.

UI on my creative cloud apps have a blue tint
All my creative cloud apps have a blue tint to the user interface elements. This happens only on my laptop and not my iMac. Y at - it all will for this? And if so, what would it be? Photo attached is what I saw. Any help is very appreciated.
