  I am fairly new to this, but I think it has to do with the way you have drop them downs named. Copy you a then keep stick in each area? If so, that's the problem. You must rename each with a different number: Dropdown1, Dropdown2, etc. I think this might solve the problem.

  It's a question of how the recipients e-mail programs deal with attachments. Many e-mail programs will open all the files they can handle, including files jpg and PDF, by default, and if the recipient has not changed that there is nothing you can do about it.   So I couldn't do 'Manu' or "mahesh tyagi" as the column name.

  The column name is "mahesh tyagi" is simply displayed it shortened to sqlplus due to the known values in the column length.

  I don't understand what the problem is. In the post of the davidr96549424 on May 8, 2015 07:58 you presented a structure of a correct document. Is the issue of the creation of this structure in a PDF file? For this, you will need an Acrobat, not reader.

  XI in Acrobat, select Tools-> forms-Edit. Click 'No' on the form fields 'detect '. In the tasks Panel that opens, click on "add new field". Select "Digital Signature" and move it to the location in the document where you want to than the appearance of the signature to be. Repeat that for signature fields as you want. Users will sign by clicking on the prepared unsigned signature field which shows the dialog box "sign. Do not forget that as TSN has noted that a digital signature applies to the entire document. The entry in the document where it is is irrelevant. Each next signature covers all previous signatures.

  Your users can also sign a document from anywhere that they want without signature fields already prepared. For this select fill & sign-> work with certificates and the type of signing you want to sign up with. A dialog box that will tell you a rectangle for the appearance of signature rises and after you draw the rectangle of the dialog 'Sign' rises.

  PDF/Acrobat doesn't have a limit on a number of signatures in a PDF document. But!   1. export a page, then a diffusion of your tiny format (in pdf, jpg or png format) magazine.

  2. create a simple, 1 page portrait and landscape DPS test folio,

  3. place the images on the pages concerned

  4. test the way they appear on your device.

  Your report query might look like this (assuming that the page number is 1):

  Select some_column1, some_column2
  of your_user_table
  where username as: P1_INITIAL | '%'

  For the letters at the top of the report, here are some options:

  -If you want that all the letters to appear or not lines, you can create a series of buttons or links, one for each letter and specify the target URL make return to the report page, defining the P1_INITIAL element to each letter.

  -If you want only the letters which were stored, is to create a dynamic LOV based on a query like this:

  Select distinct superior (substr (username, 1, 1)) d, high separate v (substr (username, 1, 1))
  of your_user_table
  order from the top (substr (username, 1, 1))

  Can use it for a list of selection with submit, again targeting the report page and the P1_INITIAL parameter to the selected value.
